Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Batesburg-Leesville

This place is the absolute worst. I called in an order for a 12 piece traditional wings at 6:02 pm and was told 20 minutes , I said okay that’s fine. When I went and proceeded to the window they have a sign saying “come inside for food”. I go inside and told them I’m here for my order they said 5 more minutes. I patiently wait for about 20 more minutes , the time is now 7:00 and still no food. I ask the manager how much longer and she told she didn’t know that she wasn’t a fortune teller. I asked for a refund as well she continued to say there was nothing she could do and repeated that she wasn’t no fortune teller and couldn’t receive an actual refund only a credit on the app or a check through corporate. This place is in need of a new manager that won’t catch attitude. WOULD NOT SPEND MY MONEY...

Haven't been here in years....... We were willing to give it a try. We were told to have a seat and someone would be with us shortly???? This never happened, but an employee did walk by several times never acknowledging we were there.... (clearing another table/that could have waited) Since no other customers were looking for a table (in the stuffed to capacity establishment/one other table with three friends of the employees) Pizza Hut Corporation needs to send the bulldozer........START OVER WITH COMPLETE NEW STAFF #PizzaHut needs to require a new or more modern facility!! I was supposed to be picking up an order for the family at 6:00PM and got there at 6:02PM. When I pulled up I was told that the order was not ready and to pull back through in 5 minutes. This is not the first time that I have had to wait on an order but this is the first time that I was told to pull out and come back in 5 minutes. Normally when the order is running late I am asked to pull into a parking space close to the door and they will bring it out to me in a few minutes. Needless to say I am not impressed with this location and their pickup window. As far as the food is concerned it was...
