Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Batesburg-Leesville

I’m beyond annoyed that the franchise owner is aware of the app’s geo fence issue for more than a month and has done nothing to fix it, so using the app to order ahead is pointless because you still have to either call the store or explain to employees over the intercom that the geo fence in the app still hasn’t been resolved. I called corporate and explained it to them and they said only the franchise owner can fix it. I’m not coming back to this location because why support a lazy franchisee? I worked at Sonic for years in my teens and twenties and Bob would have never allowed this to happen. Beyond that, this location especially is ALWAYS out of the basics, and the more popular items too. The location makes things hard enough on themselves, and the app is supposed to make things easier, not harder. If you want Sonic that badly, just go to one of Bob’s stores in Lexington. It’s honestly not worth the headache and I can’t stand lazy...

This place is horrible. Stopped by tonight for a milkshake with my family. We were handed the wrong order not once but twice. They accepted the orders back both times and continued to hand them off to other people waiting on food after coming inside my vehicle, after being touched by the car hop employee and myself. The third time approached by an employee , the order was incomplete and we were missing another shake. The young lady rolled her eyes and said she would be back with the complete order. As we sat in the line another employee and clearly her trainee came out using profanity loudly with no cares of my small child in my vehicle as well as the people parked in the stalls with small children as well. I like sonic but I stop getting food from here. I went 2 days back to back, both times I went their were bad experiences. The first day I went I saw an employee dig in her shirt. After she was done she walked out the door. The second day I ordered food from the drive thru and it was late, I got home finished my chicken sandwich. At the end of my sandwich i bit into it their was a short red hair that come out of the sandwhich. When I saw it I spit it out. And ever since I haven't been back. The cooks don't wear gloves.
