Decided to go in and check it out while waiting for pizza next door. It was really clean I ordered New York cheesecake and ores cheesecake and cheese wontons. I went to the car to eat what I ordered and wait for my pizza my Oreo cheesecake was freezer burned. I went back in and asked to switch it out and pay the difference for another order of cheese wontons. The front lady tried to say there nothing she can do so I asked if I could get a refund she said no I said u can see it’s no good to eat. She said she’ll look at it but there probably won’t do anything to fix the problem. So I went and got it out the car to show her because the one I brought it was the New York cheesecake that was it perfect condition. I came back in and showed her the different between the 2 and she said she’ll give me the wontons and don’t make it a habit of doing this again. This was my fist time there. Like I’m not trying to scam a business I’m simply not ok with getting bad food and was very nice the whole time was treated so rude and like I was an inconvenience. Just rubbed me the wrong way and how annoying they were instead of trying to resolve the issue and even if she “couldn’t do anything “ at least be nice and say sorry but to instantly get an attitude and rude and defensive is crazy definitely not going back. I have been a regular, ordering sushi almost every week. The staff are always friendly. Two weeks ago, I ordered sushi off the menu with crabmeat, avocado and cucumber. When I got home, I discovered that it included only cucumber. I went back the next week and told the staff about the mistake. They assured me they would get it right.
