Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Batesville

I had a root canal done today…. so I decided to call Mazzios for my kids something good to eat. I asked for a to-go kids salad which was on their website for 3.99 for my daughter. She is 4 and loves salad. I asked the girl what came in it and asked her if I could tell her what to put on it, she said, yes. When I got to the store they tried to charge me $9 for my daughter’s salad. When I asked why the total was so high, they acted like I was trying to steal from them. Then she said would you like to come in and eat?? Then she proceeded to say if you are eating it too we will charge you for an adult. Being that I had a root canal done today, I can’t even eat salad. I cannot eat much of anything!! Also was the reason I was ordering TOGO!!! I Really do not appreciate the way I was treated. The manager did end up giving me the difference back, but the way I was treated over a silly salad is absolutely absurd!!!

Edited to add my pizza from tonight. This is supposed to be a medium pepperoni. When I complained, the lady says it looks fine to me. I will not be back. It’s unfortunate because I did really...

This is all about the service.we went in for a family meal together last night. My husband ordered a chef salad. One sonordered a pizza, one ordered a turkey sub, one ordered a pepperoni pizza. My husband's salad came out first. He was almost done with it when the pizza and wings came out. My son who ordered the sub and I who ordered pasta, sat there and waited for our dishes. When the others were about finished, I finally went and asked about the rest of the order. I had to hunt someone down just to do this as we were being completely ignored. They finally got my sons sandwich to him and said mine would be a few minutes longer. When my son completed his sandwich my order finally came. No apologies, no can I make this up to you. We had already tipped because it's part of ordering. This was the worst service ever. I left without even getting to eat since we were on a time constraint. Don't tip up front. Bring cash and tip after is my advice....

Terrible customer service skills!! They messed up our fairly simple pizza and forgot the sauce for the wings, I politely called and they made a new pizza and asked that we bring back the messed up one. Even though her tone was beyond hateful, that was perfectly fine as long as we got our pizza and sauce that was left out for the wings. My husband went to pick it up where she ROLLED HER EYES and asked that he uses his common sense this time to check the pizza before leaving. Disrespectful!!! Then when he asked for our sauce she told him he would have to re order and pay for the sauce and shut the window while he was trying to tell her that it is our sauce from the first time.
