Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Batesville

I was completing my walk and I got hungry. Both Sonic and Dairy Queen are right next to each other. But I think, when was the last time you are some DQ. So I go inside. After checking out the menu, I decided to go with the number 2. It is a 1/2lb Flamethrower combo. Maybe it's just me, but when I hear Flamethrower I'm expecting some serious heat. To my surprise, it was as if the creater of this burger at Dairy Queen test kitchen choose a mild buffalo sauce. Thought that it was the spiciest thing in the world and called it a "Flamethrower." If I was the creator of that burger I'd put habanero peppers or a sauce on it. Now onto the meat patties, they looked like your run of the mill everyday frozen patties that you buy from the grocery store. The fries were a bit greasy as the oil in the fryer wasn't hot enough, tid bit cold as well. Come on DQ executives, if you're charging almost 10$ for a meal you need to make sure that it is worth it. I was looking for an ice cream cake with the chocolate inside so I asked what ones had it they said they didn't have any I asked someone else they said they did have it then walked away very unhelpful but eventually I went online to find what ones should have the chocolate inside I just hope the one I got does have it... After that I went back in to get some food I ordered she asked if I wanted a combo I said yes and instead of a drink I'd like a sundae with extra fudge got my food and their was no Fry's I asked about the missing Fry's they said I didn't order it and so I didn't get any but I asked for the combo so I should have gotten it so asked for the manager explained it to her then she got me my Fry's and then I told her I didn't mean to be rude if I was I just told the girl I ordered from I wanted it so I should have gotten it she told me that I could have been nicer and was very rude to me probably won't come back again every time I go...

When we ordered the cashier said I'm going charge you for this but when it comes out it will be what you ordered. That's fine what ever you need to do. Waitress brings out the food and when we said this is right she said it's what you ordered. No it was what we paid for because the cashier didn't know how to ring up chocolate icecream with a brownie so he charge us for something else. Attitude popped out on us then she went and jumped on cashier. She brought out the replacement and still not right. With a very sour attitude. We accept what she brought. We go here a lot with the grandkids after games. This is the first time any problems. Note: they were busy and short minded staff although they had plenty people working. But we'll think twice...
