Worst food poisoning I ever had in my life! Went on 7/27/18 with my husband, mother in law, and sister in law and here is a list of all that was wrong. 1) Spicy food was not marked. My sister in law suffers from severe acid reflux and getting a hold of spicy food that was not marked could have caused her to have an ulcer. Thank God she did not suffer the way I have. I on the other hand was not so lucky. I had pineapple chicken which was not only very spicy but over cooked, the crab ragoons were so luke warm they were almost cold, and most of the ice cream flavored were so freezer burnt it turned my stomach just to look at it. So basically all I ended up eating was the sweet and sour chicken with egg drop soup. I asked the waitress if there was a suggestion box that I could discreetly tell them that they need to start marking their food and about their ice cream etc but their wasn't one so I had to tell her. Since Friday afternoon I have been running back and forth to the bathroom, I've had to go the ER once and am still having severe stomach cramps. When I went to ask for my money back the owner said it was my fault I got sick because it's my body not here and that I'm the ONLY one that has ever complained. Then her husband proceeded to get up in my face and shaking his finger shouting at the top of his lungs to get out of his resteraunt because I was there to cause trouble. I'm not trying to say that they deliberately served bad food. However a business does need to own up to their mistakes and publicly humiliating people by calling them liars and saying it's their fault they got sick is a good way to lose customer base. This place ripped off my daughter and wife! We ate here for years, but WILL NEVER GO BACK! BE WARNED, IF YOU GO IN AND GET A TO-GO TRAY, THEY WILL ,CHARGE YOU "EXTRA FOR SHARING" IF YOU FILL YOUR TO GO TRAY! NEVERMIND THE FACT YOU CAN'T GO BACK 3 OR 4 TIMES LUKE ONE EATING IN! WHICH ACTUALLY SAVES THEM MONEY, NO USE OF FACILITIES, DISHES, DINNERWARE ETC. BUT THE LUNCH BUFFET IS LIKE $9.50 BUT SINCE SHE PUT EXTRA IN THERE SHE CHARGED HER $14.?? ALMOST 50% MORE AND, NO EXTRA BOWL, FOR SOUPS, RAGOONS, DESERTS ETC... AND TO TOP IT OFF MY DAUGHTER EVEN ASKED A WORKER BEFORE SHE ORDERED HOW MUCH? AND SHE SAID NOTHING AT ALL ABOUT CHARGING ALMOST $15 APIECE! MY DAUGHTER WENT AHEAD AND PAID FOR IT! BUT I KNOW WHAT I WOULD HAVE DONE! I WOULD OF SAID "NO THANK YOU" LEFT THE SLOP ON THE COUNTER, AND WALKED OIT! THESE CHINESE FOOD PLACES ARE GOOD AT THIS TYPE OF STUFF! WE WON'T GO BACK AND I WILL TELL EVERY PERSON I CAN ABOUT THIS TRICKERY! CROOKED BUSINESS PRACTICES NEVER PAY! AND GOOD RETURNING CUSTOMERS ARE YOUR NUMBER ONE ADVERTISEMENT! Me and my sister in law got food poisoning from this place.The spicy food wasn't labeled and o have severe acid reflux. It can actually put me in the hospital. The ice cream was freezer burnt. The food was burnt. And when my sister-in-law I told the lady I have acid reflux and she seemed like she didn't care. And when we follow to complain today cuz they've been closed all weekend the manager was like it's your fault it's your problem not mine your body not mine see all these people you're the only one that's complaining mail comes out four points of finger at my sister-in-law and says you're nothing but trouble get out Shadow from the top of his lungs two people left us store without paying. So don't go to this restaurant. And they will not refund your money back. My sister-in-law had to go to emergency room because of this.
