The Sonic on Harrison Street close to Walmart in Batesville Arkansas they always get my order right and the help is very friendly. But the Sonic on St Louis Street I usually use that one because it's closer to where I live but I might have to start just driving a little further to the other one because the Sonic on St Louis Street they never can hear my order I have to repeat it over and over at least five or six times when I finally have to almost scream it into the microphone and then when they repeat it back it's still wrong. A couple weeks ago I ordered the double cheeseburger on the grilled Texas toast. I told him I wanted fries she kept saying tater tots I said no Fry's. Get my order after several minutes when I get home to sit down to eat I open up the bag take my sandwich out and what do I have but tater tots and then I open up my sandwich and find out there is only one patty on my sandwich when it is supposed to be two Patty's a half a slice of cheese and the worst part is the Texas toast was so black and so burnt I could not even eat it. I turn around and called the Sonic on St Louis Street and when the man answered I told him what had happened and he said well we would be glad to replace it I said I don't live that close that I can get back in my truck and return it but I did complain to him about the lady not been able to hear about my burnt sandwich and all he can say is yes I understand. I told him no you don't understand when this is the 19th time that I have had problems with this place. So I guess now I will drive a little further and go to the Sonic brother away from me at least I know my order will be right and we'll be hot and good. Please don't go to the one on St Louis Street in Batesville Arkansas go to the one on Harrison Street closest to Walmart or use the one at Southside they give excellent food and have great service. I so wish I would have taken a picture of my sandwich with the burnt bread and just let you see how bad it actually was but I will start taking pictures now on of the food I get just to prove to other customers if it was...
Read morePeople would do best to skip this Sonic especially if you were on a long drive, you don't need the hassle that comes with coming here. The worker we got was dumber than a box of rocks, when ordering a drink she would say the opposite of what was said and get angry at us for correcting her mistake. Then when she brought the order to the car she was mean to my grandpa and when asked which was which drink wise, she didn't tell us and instead she gave my grandpa a hateful look when asked before shoving the cups towards him without giving him time to put the first cup down. Customer service is horrendous here.
As for the orders the drinks were all watered down and tasted horrible. The food was okay, but it was NOT worth the 10.20 for the four drinks and the three burgers. I would have done better waiting a few minutes and going to Wendy's instead of this dump. This is the 3rd Sonic that I have been to that has low quality food and drinks, you can get food and drinks at a gas station for cheaper and better quality than at this Sonic.This Sonic needs better workers and to see why their drinks are so watered down and disgusting, because all you are paying for is expensive water and patties thrown on a bun. It's NOT a hassle that anyone needs especially when my family had went through a bad day already with having to clear a deceased relative's house out. So you would do better to skip over this Sonic entirely, you can wait an extra mile for food in order to get better costumer service AND better quality...
Read moreTerrible customer service experience. Came 8/29/18 at noon. App was not working, said it couldn’t connect to their location. Have not had this problem at other locations. All the manager and carhop kept telling me is it is my phone. I showed them 4 full bars of LTE Verizon and that my phone was working fine with internet loading fast. The app said “location is experiencing connectivity issues”. I closed their app and opened again. Put in order all over again. Same issue. So then I had to voice order my order at the stall. Of course now my slushes weren’t half off because that is app only. Argued to get my slushes half off since this wasn’t my fault. Brought me one slush but not the other (which was my kids drink!). Finally got the other slush, but they had switched the flavors and the medium was lime not lemon. Told me at least 15 times that “orders have been coming in all day from the app”. Great, thanks for that. Rude! 45 minutes later finally have our food which I had tried to order ahead because we were in a hurry. Oh, and I couldn’t pay with the money I have loaded in the app, had to process a credit card transaction. And my “hot” coffee was lukewarm and tasted burned like it had been sitting for...
