This is a pretty nice place! It's definitely better than it was with the previous owners concerning service, food selection, and overall cleanliness. The sushi pieces are extremely large and yummy, and the selection is good for a smaller place. The ladies that work there are soft-spoken and friendly. It takes a bit to get items refilled on the buffet bar at times, but again, for a smaller place it all seems to work well - if you're in a hurry, you'll probably be getting takeout anyway, right?
I'd definitely like a choice of sauces for the mongolian grill (where you pick the ingredients and they fry it), and a smaller price hike for dinner (almost double the lunch price), but there's two ways to look at it - either you're paying too much for dinner, or you're getting a good deal for lunch - I prefer to see it the second way. Also, since it's a smaller place, they charge you .75 cents for a water. I prefer the tea anyway, so that only happened once.
Concerning the long-winded review that talks about the ladies that work there being rude - I'm not sure what to think... Is it for the wrong restaurant, or did you as the customer do something really dumb? These ladies are so soft-spoken that you have to pay attention to hear them when they are speaking to you. I can't imagine either of them yelling at customers coming in the door that they couldn't afford to eat there! Make your own decisions as a review reader, but when I see reviews like that I tend to think someone did something dumb and then got mad when they got caught.
I've been there over a dozen times by now for lunch, and have never even seen a hint of behavior like the other review mentioned. It stays pretty quiet, and the food is consistently above average - that's a great deal for a $5.99 adult...

Rude is an understatement describing her attitude toward her customers. It was so rude that potential customers turned and left. She actually chastised customers for thier attire and commented they could not afford to eat there. Everyone in the restaurant was shocked and appalled at hearing this and they began to walk back out the door. Probably to another restaurant where as any good manager knows that THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST. I hope upper management reads this before she bankrupts the establishment.
