Worst dining experience of my life! Unfortunately, no stars is not an option.

For most of it, we were only ones in the place. Me and 82 year old mother. She wanted a Tbone. There was a 14 oz one on the menu for $19.99. What came was a very thin slab of something with a ROUND bone and no where near 14 oz. It had been fried in a skillet with something darker than it was.... I grew up on a farm and this "meat" looked like something from an old worn out milk cow. Was tough, grizzly, fat was yellow and old. When we said something to the waitress about it NOT being a Tbone, she argued with us. No offer to change our food, or provide comp to bill. Just, finally, a "sorry you're dissatisfied". I asked if mgr or owner was on premises. She said yes and she would get him. He didn't come out, instead sent her back w 2. 20%off coupons for pizza. My mother told her we would not be back as we were passing thru. I went up to counter and asked to speak to owner. He made me wait. Again, we were ONLY ONES IN THE PLACE at this time. When he finally came out, he was threatening and nasty. Told the waitress to call 911 when I asked for a meal comp. Told him I would pay for one meal, which I felt was fair, but I couldn't choke my "steak" down and felt a comp for that was fair. While I was at counter, waitress took my food from our table! Then he went outside and took pictures of my car! Very creepy.... Had to rush my mother out of there.. Was afraid of this guy. NOT A GOOD PERSON. NOT A NICE PLACE. When I got home, I felt "off" and without further detail, will say the food didn't stick with me long. And I didn't eat very much of it... I paid his bill, as i had no choice. $50 for 2 lunches that were not even close to what was advertised. Expensive, disagreeable, scary lesson. My opinion would be to...

As locals, my boyfriend sent me their flyer through Facebook messenger seeing as though we hadn't tried this place yet. He had already sent me another restaraunts specials for the evening but once I saw this place had wings, I told him it was settled! He knows I LOVE HOT WINGS! We got the pizza and wing special x2. After spending $50 and arriving back home, I lay everything out for the family and see the wings both look the same. Not knowing which was which I try both, they tasted the same. I then get everyone else to try them both as well (even though they don't like spicy) & it's agreed the wings all taste the same. When I call, I politely exclaim that I was seemingly given two of the same wings and would just really like some hot wings (as I had been craving since that early morning waiting all day to get) He exclaimed he was the owner, super rude, told me how he made them himself and you get what you paid for. I said I paid for HOT WINGS and nothing is hot here. Can I please just get something hot. He continued to tell me he couldn't help me. So I guess the sum of the situation here is THEY DONT HAVE HOT WINGS AND THE OWNER DOESNT DESERVE A BUSINESS IF YOU CANT be a decent businessman and communicate with norACCOMODATE YOUR CUSTOMERS. This place used to be a favorite place or ours to eat.. haven't been there in a while because of the 522 bypass that was being put in..this last time was poor...I placed a order for a cheese burger and sat for a while then was told that they were out of hamburger about 10 minutes later..took a awhile to get the food we did order .The cheeseburger came with fries and a fried pickle..I ended up ordering a steak and cheese sub with fries..I asked the waitress if I could get a pickle without charge because I had to wait for 10 minutes before being told they didn't have the burger and she said she couldn't because the owner wouldn't let her without charging me for it..we eat and when we were getting ready to leave I asked for a to go cup of soda and she said she couldn't and only was allowed to refill the cup that I had on the table... definitely won't be going back...
