Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bath

Worst dunkin. Just went there this morning and ordered the same iced coffee I get everyday... I usually get my iced coffee with no sugar and I watched the guy look at my cup this morning and still put sugar in it. The girl at the window seen it and whipped up a quick coffee which as I'm typing this tastes like creamer and burnt coffee...also I've had sandwiches go missing to where I had to call the place and drive back to get the other one plus just the other day I ordered my normal sandwich aswell and got a toasted Bagel with cream cheese when the tag on the bag clearly stated what the sandwich was... employees need better training I've given this place so many chances and everytime you fail. Best donuts n bagels every time I drive thru this business. (Bath Pa) Only complaint is while waiting for my bags of ordered food, all the young workers were interested in a ringing cell that belonged to the guy working the window. He was instructed to answer it and he stopped working in assisting me. Had his back to me while on the phone. Then walked away as I continued to wait. Wow! I am shocked on how AMAZING this trip was to dunkin. I came in yesterday and had brought in my family of 4 I’m a single father, I work 2 jobs and had just finished my shift and my kids were starving so I stopped in. The two girls working there were so nice. The one girl had helped me pick donuts for my kids even when I was being a little picky she was very patient and understanding, the other girl was very kind as well and made sure everything was correct and perfect with my order.
