Worst service I have ever received, as a white person and a woman I was ignored, overcharged, and made to wait for 45 minutes while multiple Arab speaking men arrived after me, ordered at the window, and got their food. This is a limited menu so I had the beef shawarma sandwich, something the man made several times for men who arrived after me.

After 30 minutes I asked what exactly we were waiting on, and he told me it would be ready soon. The Arab speaking man who was receiving his food (beef shawarma salad, ordered less than five minutes earlier) asked the worker in Arabic about me. I only understand a little Arabic and he was speaking too fast for me to understand, but I caught it quite clearly when the worker told him I could wait, that I wasn't of any importance or relevance.

A few non-Arabic men arrived to order while I waited, and their orders were prioritized above mine but below those of the Arabic speaking men. I even saw the guy moving the tickers around on the line, moving those who were male and shared his language to the front...

The guy with the blue eyes is nasty he has no business preparing food, I watch this dude the whole time while I waited on my food he exchanged monies, and all on the register while wearing gloves after transferring monies he proceeded to fix food not changing gloves so I ask him could he change glove he said he’s gloves are clean we argued I told home if you’re not going to change glove me mu money back so he got mad and changed gloves he was fixing my food he pretended to drop something on the floor when he raised back up he put my bread on the grill when I got my food I looked at it it had fizzy hairs on it so this dude really did drop my bread on floor and act like he did nothing wrong if I would have went back there it would have been very bad for him, these are evil people I would never eat spend my money on these heathens again. Best food truck in Baton Rouge. Best Kibbe in Louisiana. I don't get off work until late and this is a great place to go for a bite. The food is delicious. Tonight, the gentleman kept handing me new things to try. I was waiting for something to not be great, but everything he handed me was fantastic. I'm still new to the whole food truck thing so I make it a point to check them for cleanliness whenever possible. I have a master's degree in hospitality so I've worked with food and beverage for years. That being said, the place looks spic and span. The guy takes pride in his truck and you can tell that it is clean. The prices are very reasonable for late night food, especially something in the Middle Eastern or Mediterranean style.
