Very disappointed iv been coming to this snowball stand for years was my favorite but lately I don’t know what’s going on with the young staff at the location but very unprofessional I got there & was first in line ordered an EXTRA SMALL SNOWBALL and literally 15 people ordered behind me and never got my snowball had to ask three times for it and all they kept saying was it was coming ! When he did say my snowball with cream it wasn’t even the flavor I ask for but I took it anyway and left because i was tired of standing there I just wanted a small snowball with cream instead I got someone else order with cream very unsatisfied ! I feel bad for the owner he was there and it was like they disregard him when he was telling them to get it together due to the line getting long to say it’s 5 people in that shack it should not take that long for snowballs or service ! I know it’s problem family owned and I get that being a business owner but it’s like they had zero respect for the boss or there jobs ! A total waste of my money.
The service has declined; I showed up to no line and I ordered 3 snoballs. it took like 15 minutes because out of the 4 guys in the establishment, only ONE was working. The other 3 were too busy cursing and fighting with each other which made the environment feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. When I did get my order 2 of the snoballs were bricks of ice with no condensed milk (that I ordered). The third was all syrup and what little ice was in the cup crumbled and melted almost immediately.
The young workers could benefit from some responsible adult supervision before they run this business...

The snowballs my sister and I got from Cool Delights were absolutely phenomenal. The ice was soft, perfectly shaved, and held the flavor really well not watery or crunchy like at other places. The flavors were amazing too, with many options to choose from ,we already want to go back and try more. The whole vibe of the place made the experience even better; it was clean, chill, and welcoming. We even got to talk to the owner, who was super friendly and down-to-earth, which made us feel like regulars even though it was our first time.
