Some of us may not be familiar with origins of Checkers/Rally's. They have been around for many decades and still providing exceptional food and service. I've visited this Checkers/Rally's location on many occasions. I am trying to get burned out on the Buford combo so I can began trying all the other foods. Although , there are many good items on the menu I enjoy ordering the Buford combo with strawberry)Fudge sundae. The Checkers/Rally's burger offers a signature burger taste apart from other burgers. The food has always been hot apparently made as ordered to go. The staff here are always polite. My order has always been precise. Checkers/Rally's is private owned and enforce a policy of 100% customer satisfaction wherein any problems with order will be promptly corrected to customer satisfaction. Manager Mikiah has a great attitude, exceptional customer service experience and appear to strive in upholding the standards of Checkers/Rally's. A very pleasant person. I support this location and hope other locations offer this same pleasant experience as I plan to dine in more often at Checkers/Rally's. I hope this review reach many views and others stop by Checkers/Rally's to enjoy the taste of food, exceptional customer service and modest price for buck. Read moreI wish I can give zero Stars! I went to buy chicken sandwich meals for my family and when we bit into them they were RAW! RAWWWWWW! Like someone dipped them in grease and pulled them right back out! I called the manager IMMEDIATELY he said to return to the restaurant and he will give us our refund. (So now i have to be inconvenience by using gas from my car and we still haven't eaten) When we got there he looked at the sandwiches and saw that the meat was raw. Went to the register and gave us $4. I asked him where is my full refund? He said it's OUR POLICY to only give you a refund for what you bring back! So you telling me instead of apologizing and begging for forgiveness and giving me a FULL REFUND to show remorse...you give me $4 to cover what i brought back to you. . He then says well if you want a full refund I need to call the GM. I SAID CALL HIM! I assume the GM got him straight because he came back with a bs apology and my FULL refund! Read moreThe wait time in the drive-thru wasn't that long considering so I was happy about that. However, the lady over the intercom, the receipt says the cashier was Taylor, needs to learn to talk before getting back to that position. Placing the order was not the problem but when she repeated what I ordered, she spoke 50 million words in 2 seconds. I know that's an exaggeration but she was talking that fast I couldn't make out anything she said and I knew what I ordered. I asked her to slow down and repeat what I said, she didn't but the only thing that I understood was a total price and that was the last thing she said. After I was giving my food, I told the gentleman at the window "whomever was on the mic need to go". He didn't seem a bit concerned or cared about what I said.
