Read moreI went through the drive thru this morning and ordered via the mobile app. I ordered a buy one crossainwich and get one free. I also used the mobile payment option. I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting for her to try to figure it out which she then said it won't let her input a letter which my payment code had. I didn't bring another form of payment with me because I didn't expect this. They did not seem to really care and just let me go on my way. The person behind me also got tired of waiting and drove around me. I called the BK customer service number and they also didn't really seem to care and said that they would make sure that the staff is trained properly on how to use the system. I then called the store back and spoke to the manager. She told me that their store does not accept mobile payments and that the manager working this morning is brand new and probably didn't know that. So I basically got to go to work this morning and not get breakfast because by that time it was too late. I've never seen management just completely not care about a customer. They offered me nothing, not even a coupon. She did tell me that I can use my mobile app coupons again tomorrow but that they won't be usable until then. This Burger King had one car when I went through at 5:30 in the evening. After 10 minutes the customer cursed the manager over the speaker phone out. And she left. I wish I would have because it took me 20 minutes to go through the drive through and I had to pull over to the side in the number 1 spot and wait for the fries to be fried.
