From the moment we walked in till the moment we left the lack of courteousness, cleanliness and complete deviation from any Freddy's standards was clearly apparent. The cashier/order taker "Dasia W" was sitting in a booth playing on her phone when we walked in. No greeting, a hello, welcome,,...nothing.. She sighed got up walked to the register and looked at us. I finally broke the silence, " hi" ......nothing, just looking down at the register. " Do you have kids meals?" She points to the giant board above me still silent. Scanning the board....... okay I'll have a kids hamburger meal plain then ordered the rest of our food and a vanilla shake. She sighs at the shake order then goes over and peaks into a disgusting bin full of dissheveled product and a bucket of unsavory looking chocolate goop. She then comes back and looks at me. Finally, I said " how much?" "$17.55 she said". I paid and then was treated to looking around at a filthy dining room and a self serve soda machine with 3 permanently out of order flavors, Dr Pepper being one of them. The view to the kitchen was just as bad and you can forget EVER getting fresh, hot cooked to order French fries at this location. A mountain of precooked fries awaited bagging for there next unfortunate victim. Me and my family being one of them. Three girls stood around talking about nothing special but it was definitely important enough for them to ignore there customers and the cleanliness of the front end and back end of the restaurant. The windows were filthy and God help the poor soul that would venture into their restroom. You better cover yourself with the blood of Jesus and a prayer before going there. What ever happened to people who cared about their job and the people they serve? Of course employees are only as good as the manager who trains them. Funny how Chick-fil-A doesn't seem to have any of these issues no matter what store you visit in the USA. I also neglected to mention that the order came out wrong. My childs burger had ketchup and pickles on it and all of our French fries were cold. I didn't bother going back in. Why would I ? They don't care...
Read moreThis is even worse than McDonald’s. My daughter ordered a spicy chicken combo with no pickles and no onions. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo with no onions. First, we were told that we had to get spicy fries if we ordered a spicy chicken combo. That makes ZERO sense, but ok. Then even though we were being charged the listed price for our combos, the girl tried to add upcharges for large fries and large drinks, which we didn’t ask for. And when I asked her to take it off, she said, “our combos come with large fries and drink.” Well if you’re ADDING charges for it, it obviously DOESN’T “come with it.” I insisted she remove it so she did. Then we get to the window and the guy asks if we want fry sauce or ketchup, to which I reply “no thank you.” Then he tells us they’re out of medium lids. So as he starts to hand me a medium cup filled to the top without a lid, I ask him if they can just put our drinks in large cup so at least we’ll have lids. After a confused pause, he agreed. Meanwhile, several other employees start to crowd around the drive through prep area, hugging all over each other (gross & unprofessional). Then one of the ladies hands us our drinks. We had ordered Dr Pepper and Diet Pepsi, but the lids weren’t marked. I started to ask which was which and she said she didn’t know which was which. Then they handed us our food. Of course my burger had onions I had asked for it not to have. And my daughter’s spicy chicken sandwich was just a regular chicken sandwich with hot sauce on it. They don’t even have a spicy batter. And the mandatory spicy fries weren’t spicy after all. They were the same as my regular fries. And the fry sauce and ketchup we said we didn’t need? Plenty in the bag. Also, I asked them for a receipt and they said it was in the bag. It wasn’t. I had to ask for a reprint. And if you have any sodium issues, stay away from this place altogether. This place is...
Read moreI don't typically go to Freddy's but today they had a $1.00 double steakburger app special. I placed my order on the app and only options were carryout and delivery. I chose carryout but thought I could get my order through the drive through. Surely it can't be that hard to pull up an order and hand it out of a window like any other restaurant. Wrong. Everyone who had an online order had to come inside to get their order. Imagine if you weren't prepared to get of the car to get food in the middle of the night that could have been given to you in the drive through. I happened to be decently precentable but this is very inconvenient. When I went inside, my food was done and sitting on the mobile order shelf for anyone to come up and grab. Again, literally could have been handed to me in drive through. In the past, whenever I would drive by it, it would look nearly like a ghost town and I can see why. Despite the colorful and clean look, the atmosphere feels dull and dead. The employess always sem like they were forced to be there. However, the food is pretty good when fresh so there's a pro. Also, microphone in drive through needs to be fixed. I'm pretty sure most people don't like having to almost yell in order to give their order. The person taking the order can never hear you and thinks saying "What?" is an acceptable response when...
