Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Denham Springs

Spent $11 on 12 nuggets and a large soda... The nuggets were chewy and disgusting. Not sure what's wrong with em, but I gagged. Tried a couple more but couldn't eat em. Threw them away in the store.

Hopefully it wasn't expired chicken or undercooked, but something was really bad about em.

Nothing like an $11 soda. -_- 11/16 Micah is great. I see promise in him. Kind, quick and responsive even when the place is packed. He's seems like a winner 🏆 9/23 2:43pm. Wow! The whole place is so peaceful without the female manager barking at people.

The whole atmosphere was better. The whole team say hi, people were quick and the order was right.

8/18 Walked in for a catering order. Told them my name. Took em 10 minutes to get my order and I was not early for the order.

Ordered Mac and cheese for 25. It makes me list how many plastic wear is needed... Still didn't include it.

Good thing I have forks. -_-

A little annoyed

8/8 Hot and crispy fries! Served me the horrible nuggets, BUT when I made a comment about it they did fix it.

I don't like having to be the bad guy to get my order looking good, but this was a better experience than what it's been for awhile now. Upgraded from 1 to 3 stars.

Let's continue to improve and make your value worth the crazy prices!

Fries soggy as hell and nuggets been sitting a long time. I just threw away an entire $10 meal.

Seriously, I wish there was another Chick-fil-A on my way to work cause y'all are steadily getting worse. Welp, my nuggets are the smallest and most questionable yet. Half of them look like they fell of of an actual nugget. Yikes. Pics for verification.

I have never given Chick fil A a bad review, but there's a first time for everything. Chick Fil A has been a company that I have trusted to provide fast, friendly, professional, and accurate service. For the first time ever, I checked my food before I left the window. I checked my food for accuracy because the employee seemed annoyed with taking my $34 order. She kept saying, "is that it" in a tone that I was shocked to hear. She was dry and bothered. I mentioned it at the window and said that it wasn't the Chick Fil A way. My comment was addressed with an uninterested response. "I have no idea" was the response that I received when I asked another employee about her tone. Then I was given several smaller bags instead of several smaller bags in a big plastic bag. I asked that the order be put in a bigger bag. A different employee turned around and bagged my order with body language that said, "you're annoying me." I was actually shocked and disappointed. I have no idea what the young ladies at this location are going through, but Chick Fil A has a standard and they weren't adhering to it. There is a reason why I ONLY want to do Breakfast here. The Breakfast Crew is Amazing, Friendly, and can actually get the order right! 6 out of 5 ⭐s all around for them! ❤️❤️❤️

Rarely will I do lunch or dinner at this Chick-fil-A, but the family likes it. Any other time besides breakfast, it's a Russian roulette on what's going to go wrong. Things forgotten and/or come completely wrong. And who forgets The Pickles on the chicken sandwich. When asking for extra pickles just to make sure you get a pickle, one of two things happen: everything is soaked in pickle juice with a mountain of pickles or still no pickle. We stopped ordering extra pickles because of this, so no pickles most of the time. This is all ordered on the Mobile APP so miscommunication shouldn't be the cause or disagreements because our interactions are limited. It feels like this always happens when I order after 10:30 am. It's getting to the point that I hate Chick-fil-A's after breakfast menu, since more than likely they'll get it wrong and it just becomes a source of stupid...
