I went to the drive- thru order (1) double bonus burger meal, (1) 1 triple bonus meal and #8 8 piece nugget meal. Pulled up to the window no hello. I'm not worried the approach. More want to know. Why has a customer watching the prepare my in the window. The first bgr. Came out was double, I notice the lady at the window. Look at the screen place the order to the side to wait for the remaining food. Then a another lady comes up. Leave the previous bag on the side grabs the Fresh triple burger place in bag / fries, bring to the window. Then she gives me the bag and said waiting on the remaining food. As soon as she walks back to the food bar the nuggets came up. She bag those items bring to me, while the whole time the first burger that was placed on the side was still waiting to be brought out. Once she gave me the nuggets order.She told me waiting your double. Then process to go straight to previous burger 🍔 bag . Which meaning my double burger is now cold. Read moreI live at Northgate next to this location. I walked over to the lobby at 5:30 pm and it was closed. I called the store at least 6 times before someone answered the phone. I explained to the man on the phone that I didn’t have a car so I wanted to order from the lobby , to which he said it was closed.I would have ordered online and called to have them bring it to me outside , but the item I wanted wasn’t on the menu and had to be ordered in store. So i asked if there was any way I could order and he asked me to hold on and he muted the phone and hung it up. I call again and a woman answers and she’s also rude to me over the phone.I asked what time the lobby closed and nobody could give me a definite answer! All the woman said was “Well our lobby is closed now and we don’t take walk ups at the drive through. “ Nobody did anything to accommodate me AT ALL. Read moreI have been to this location several times. Each time is a new adventure. The employees always seem genuinely confused to find themselves working at a Jack in the Box. It's as if they just teleported in a la Quantum Leap and are still orienting themselves as to their new situation. This is made all the more distressing for them by finding themselves in a restaurant without working equipment or the food to make menu items. I was once told I could not have 2 regular tacos but I could have 15 mini tacos. Another time, I ordered a large drink and was handed two mediums. My favorite, though, was being told they could not give me a Breakfast Jack because they had stopped serving breakfast. Which surprised me as I stared at the 10 foot BREAKFAST ALL DAY sign directly in front of me. Despite a new surprise on each visit, the one constant is that they never have unsweetened iced tea.
