McDonald's — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

I rarely go to McDonald's… every Blue Moon avoid if possible… in a fix tonight so I decided go ahead hit McDonald's get a fillet o fish meal… pull up to the window… I would like to number 7 fillet fish please no drink thank you go to the money window pay the money go to the food window grab the food I reach into my bag to grab me a French fry no French fry just the filet fish sandwich I backup and I said where's my French fries you only paid for a flay of fish I ordered the number 7 meal with out the coch well you only paid for the fish sandwich I said fine drove all the way round McDonald's again come back you to window at the order window number 7 filleul fish with no drink no soda pop and K go to the window to the money window what a nasty hateful woman in that window slammed the door in my face because she got my order wrong the 1st time around what I hateful young girl then I go to the window the pay for it they thin a different person up giving me a nasty added to look at me as she's handing me my food I said thank-you-ma'am you have a good evening… I waited till I got back to my house delete you all know this McDonald's I don't know it's just the week in could I never have this problem or attitude with the staff that's on during the week but this weekend staff their hateful their mean they talk about you they're not day need to be back cooking you don't want these people that you have it your McDonald's right now serving people nasty nasty attitudes Staff is horrible very disrespectful very rude hateful hateful hateful oh my God what a horrible experience I am a business owner oh my God I as just turn my stomach I got a knot in my stomach the way these...

First of all, I’m astonished that I’m annoyed enough to feel compelled to write a review. I go to this location often only to wait in the drivethru for someone to answer for about 3 minutes each visit. I then wait nearly 10 to 15 minutes each visit for VERY simple orders (two dollar menu items and a drink for example). It’s almost always wrong and cold. One time I got an entire Big Mac stuffed and smashed in a tiny mcchicken box. One morning I waited on two McMuffins for 7 minutes only to be yelled at by an employee to “drive up past the window and they’ll bring it out.” I did as directed only for another to run out and yell at me to park in a spot like I’ve done something horribly wrong (I was far enough past the window for the next car to get to it). My McMuffins were half cooked and tasted like a freezer. My cappuccino I’d ordered with it was only half full, almost no milk, and cold. They either should shut this location down or do a 100% restaffing (managers, workers, EVERYBODY). Pulled up at 330am and i was told that they were closed because they were transitioning from lunch to breakfast and That I had to pull into a parking spot immediately and couldn't get any food until 5am and when I didn't immediately pull into a parking spot they came outside and knocked on my window and demanded I move into a parking spot immediately and said they were transitioning from lunch Into breakfast and I couldn't get any food until 5am! Then I started writing a review in front of the employee who is now staring at me and he starts saying omg are you really doing that and I said yes! Then a very rude lady comes over the speaker and starts yelling that I had to move my car into a parking spot immediately! Obviously these drive thru have sensors that record how long someone sits waiting and they didn't want to get in trouble for closing! Tons of other cars were waiting to get food behind me and didn't get any food! If I owned this place I would fire whoever is in charge!
