I’ve followed this boutique on Instagram for a while and finally decided to go in since they were having a huge sale. I went with my friend and we’re both clearly in college and to add, we are women of color but fairly white passing. I didn’t think I’d have a bad experience since their audience is young college girls. We walked in and weren’t greeted. The whole time we were shopping we were looked at and completely ignored. We had our hands full with clothes and the workers asked other customers with clothes in their arms if they wanted to start a dressing room but never asked us. We had to ask for help and eventually just decided to leave without buying anything. When we left they didn’t say bye or thank you, just again completely ignored us. After my experience, I decided to read the reviews on yelp and google and the bad reviews completely reflect how my friend and I were treated today. Rodeo Boutique not only has high end level customer service, the clothes are next level. I go here when I want something to wear that no one else has and literally always get a compliment when I have one of their pieces on. I can get my two favorite brand of jeans there, cool coat or great pair of shoes, they have a diverse selection. It’s always three steps ahead of other boutiques.
