This is the worst McDonaldâs in Baton Rouge. They asked me to pull forward to the next window and left me sitting there for 40 minutes. Once I reminded them that I was still there they got my order together but when I got home it was still missing items and condiments. Called back asked the manager to make it right so she said come back tomorrow, so I did. She offered us only what she left off the order instead of replacing the meal. If you mess up the order replace the meal I did not pay for a partial meal I paid for a whole meal. Itâs not the customers fault when you fail to do your job. And on top of that the sister had an attitude as if she was being inconvenienced. So never go to the McDonaldâs at 9750 Florida Blvd, BatonRouge, LA 70815 if you want to get what you order in a timely manner. So I returned this morning and all I received was more unprofessional inefficiency and apathy. I asked her (manager) on yesterday to give my kids and I an apple pie for the 40 minute wait and she lied and said we donât have any apple pies. Instead of fixing the problem she caught that attitude as if our time meant nothing, five kids waiting 40 minutes in a truck. And her nasty condescending attitude was still alive and well when I spoke to her this morning. Iâm disappointed and just done with this establishment! I was told I had to go through line again to get my second sandwich because it wasn't rung up. Manager at window second time. Handed her my first ticket and told her what happened - that I asked the first cashier 3 times if both burgers were on the ticket because it didn't seem right $$ and I had to go through the whole line again because she rang it up wrong. Manager argued with me!! She kept saying there was only one burger (THATS THE PROBLEMđ§) on the ticket (ticket has "Quarter pounder Meal, then Quarter pounder"). No apologies for us having to go through the line again, no calling the first cashier for clarification. She actually ignored me as much as possible by taking orders while I was trying to talk to her the wouldn't respond to me at all after she gave me my new receipt! Totally unprofessional. Second wait was much longer, more traffic. OUT of diet coke, sweet tea could gag a cow it is so sweet, no option for unsweet tea, five ice cubes floating in warm tea, did not give us ketchup or mayonnaise first round, OUT of mayo packets, burgers were room temp at best. My Problem Came When I Ordered And Paid For Three Big Breakfast. When I Arrived Back Home, Each Breakfast Only Had 3 Hot Cakes And 1 Sausage Pattie. But I Had Paid For 3 Big Breakfast. I Called McDonald's And Asked To Speak To The Manager. It Was A Lady Who Answered The Phone. Very Rude Tone Of Voice, I Asked For The Manager. She Replied, I Am The Manager. "What Do You Need". I Told Her What Had Happen. She Replied, "Bring The Food And Your Paid Receipt Back". "They Had Ran Out Of Eggs And The Other Items For The Big Breakfast". This Should Have Been Told To Me When I Placed My Order. I Only Live A Short Distance From This Location But I Didn't Feel Like Going Back. Therefore, Always Make Sure You Check Your Orders, Count Your Money Before You Leave Any Drive Thur Location. I Will Not Go Back To This McDonald's Location.
