Tacos And Burritos Express — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

Terrible experience as a first timer. Walked in wasn’t really greeted at all, then when I ordered it took two different people to take my order and I still had no confirmation it was placed. I waited for 20 minutes after being told 10 minutes is what it would take. I was never even prompted to pay for my food and I ordered take out. Don’t know what they have going on but it seems like if you are not someone they know or you’re not eating in they don’t care about your order. I even saw them have to ask multiple times what customers ordered. Mind you there was a total of maybe 6-7 dinning in at the time and even they hadn’t gotten served by the time I left. Outside of an obvious communication barrier I can't understand how it is that I place an order face to face for 3 items and the only request I give is no tomatoes oh and no beans extra rice. The pics are what I got which isn't the ground beef tostado I ordered at all, in fact Other than the slice of avocado on top of the pile of mystery, I cannot even identify what it is and as you can see my taco has tomatoes all through it and the extra rice turned into beans that nobody here wanted. I can honestly say I will no longer send my friends or family to what was once my favorite Mexican restaurant especially since this makes strike #3. So...

Horrible went in to order food and the whole place was full of drunks and the place was filled with cigarette smoke. I went to the counter to place my order but they didn’t even acknowledge me and I was getting racist vibes from the workers and customers who were all Hispanic.
