plasencia cuban pizza — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

Any time I can get Cuban food I try it, even from a food truck. I ordered several items that took me almost three days to try it all. I am happy to say this place did not disappoint. I ordered both online via google maps and DoorDash and in person at the truck. Both experiences were positive. All of the food was freshly prepared and reminded me of my Cuban roots. A lady that seems to run the place was wonderful and a delight to talk to. My Spanish is rough from lack of practice but she was patient with me. I highly recommend getting food here, either for a yummy smoothie or a snack or a full blown lunch or dinner. There are some picnic tables under a roof for shade to eat here or just take it home. I only know of one other Cuban place in town so please help...

Oh my God I was so happy when I found that there was another Cuban restaurant in Baton Rouge. I haven’t tried their pizzas but their crock those are amazing and I love their smoothie.
