Ive been coming here for a goood while. Coming in about 1-3 times in one week. I order the same thing most times. A few weeks ago i go to get a new drink and order my fav blue galaxy for bae who has nvr tried it. I got to my apt about 10-15 min away n bae looks at me saying the drink was disgusting. confused, i tasted the drink n noticed half the main items werent in the drink. it was like water. Didnt hav time to call right then n there but called a little later, see if i can get a do over. mustve been a simple mistake, it happens š¤·š½āāļø. the girl who made my drink tells me that basically it wasnt theyāre fault n that my drink mustve watered down because itd been in hour since āthe girlā came in to purchase the items. I kindly explained to her saying the drink was takin 10-15 min after purchased, and that I, JUST had the time to call about it. She then said she knows āthe girlā she comes all the time and āsheā can come in and get a new one right now. I told her for the second time Im āthe girlā that comes in there n that i was now 30-45min away n if i could respectfully come tomorrow on my way to work since i work down the road. She said no because thats a diff shift. I again kindly asked if there was no other way? While i understand mistakes can be made its not my fault the drink was messed up and shuddnt be faulted n hav to drive 30min there n 30min bak. I told her i can bring the card i paid with n ID if it were that serious. N she refuse to replace the drink on the day it was more convenient for me to come thru (literally the next day)Very disappointed on how they handle complaints especially when i wasnt rude about it. the girl as always was monotone n seemed as if she didnt care. I havnt been back since then n probably wont come bak. Make sure if they mess up your drinks to taste them thereā¦??⦠or hopefully your around the corner because they will not work with you on fixing their mistakes. Most places hav a book or a way to track mistakes. Will take a diff route home n continue to go to teatary off coursey...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreiāve been to this boba shop a few times and i always wasnāt happy with my drink. i go and try different drinks each time to see if i end up liking something, but the customer service is so bad. the teenage girls that work there are very rude. i went in and got two drinks, and it wasnāt close to closing nor was it busy.
she told me i didnāt need to sign the receipt, but i usually tip. so she says in a higher volume and annoyed tone āI said you donāt have to signā and i was so shocked cause i didnāt disrespect or be difficult with the girl.
my sister behind me was like she was giving attitude the whole time. so i told her i was gonna tip, but then just left the receipt on the counter instead.
all the other people iāve talked to said the girls that work there are very rude.
the only thing good about this place is their popcorn chicken, their drinks, not so much. thereās a whole bunch of other better places with consistently good customer service and good drinks. iāve worked in the food industry so i know how it goes, but that was so rude and unprofessional. i tried to understand why but seeing the other reviews leads me to believe they...

I rarely carry cash however, I elected to recieve cash back from Walmart prior to coming there to purchase fireworks from somewhere else. handed the cashier the money to pay for the items. It was a $20 bill that I hadn't noticed was torn on the edge. As I pass it to her she makes an ugly face tells me that she cannot take the bill. She proceeds to grab it like a dirty kleenex & dangle it in my face. She was very loud & asked if I had another form of payment because she didn't want it as she proceeded to drop it on the counter. I was totally embarrassed. Her loudness & lack of respect was absurd. I asked to speak with the manager. That was the only form of payment I had. My actual purse was in the trunk of my car (Did I mention it was raining?) The manager came through & requested we payed in another form.
