I've been twice so far and after the first taste of their strawberry ice cream I honestly didn't want to try anything else since it was the most phenomenal strawberry ice cream I've ever had! Super creamy, not crazy sweet but just the perfect texture and taste. I've just tried the Oreo and it's equally amazing. Popaletas is a place you can go to with family or alone. It’s a place full of various different treats — simply the best ice cream in Baton Rouge. They have several choices of popsicles and ice creams, all which are home made. Everything they have is natural and delicious. I strongly recommend this establishment to anyone, anytime. First time trying this place out today 3-2-25 Atmosphere family friendly.quiet and calm. I tried the chocolate shake it was pretty good.
