If I could give them less than one star I would. This is day two of their horrible service. Day one was yesterday. Called and they said they were open till 8 pm. Went and they closed at 7:30. Today I went and sat in Walgreens parking lot to turn in. There was a guy at the Japanese restaurant on the corner. Figured he worked for them. I saw the end of the line and drove in to wait. The guy at the Japanese place was actually with Spankys. He walks up and speaks to be rudely and calls me boo like he knows me and then proceeds to accuse me of cutting the line. He says I saw him standing right there and there is a 30 car line up. I told him you were standing way back there and not here where the line ends and no one was cutting a line. Like are we three? Just walk over and inform me of yo procedures without the disrespect, sass and unnecessary mess. I just drove off and it wasn’t due to the wait. Service was horrible. I have never, ever stiffed someone in 22 years as an adult. But when she did tear herself away from her conversations she was rude. At one point while ordering she starting yelling in my face about something another customer did. Literally 8 inches from my face full volume. Several times I waited at the bar while she was chatting with friends. When the crowd is 25 people it shouldn't take 20 minutes to get a drink but she was more interested in talking to her friends. Those same friends got great service, with some getting served upon walking in the door despite myself and others waiting. She was particularly rude to a friend of mine who is a very nice and calm guy. She just took an instant dislike to him. Didn't get her name but it was a chubby white woman. I have never had a bad time at Spankys. I've been there many times and the owner was even there enjoying himself with the patrons! He was really down to earth and cool. There are people of all colors and there is never any awkwardness or feeling out of place. Everyone is accepted and it is awesome! I love Spanky's! Awesome daiquiris and mixed drinks. Great music, karaoke sometimes and even live music! You cannot go wrong stopping here for a drink or two....
