The worst customer service ever. Stop to get a sandwich early in the morning and they had a sign on the door, stating that they are opening late because the floor was wet. The store did not open until 9:30ish and yes I waited. Went into the store and was told that I could not use the restroom because it wasn’t a public restroom. I let the sandwich maker know that I was getting a sandwich and she screams to the back and asking her manager, I’m guessing, “ what do you think about people using the restroom?” And then was told, sorry sir, the floor is wet and I can’t let you use it. I still proceeded to order my sandwich and hoping maybe I could use the restroom next door at the convenience store. Squirming trying to rush to get my sandwich made, I ask again to please let me use the bathroom. “ Sorry sir, I can’t let you back there.” Now, the other employee is asking for my toppings and I ask for extra red onions. She puts a whopping 3 half sliced onions ( single) on my sandwich. I ask her for more and she then put another whopping 2 half sliced onions (singles) . I ask her could I get “extra” onions and was told that she can’t give out extra veggies on sandwiches. At this point, I let them know to have a good day and I walk out the store. POINT: Subway wants me to come in their store and spend my money with them. BUT: (1) They open up a hour and a half late, (2) Will not let you use the restroom ( if y’all opened up so late, I would think the restrooms would be prepped for paying customers), (3) Tell you you can’t get what you want on your sandwich as a paying customer ( just charge me extra for what I’m asking if you are trying to save on the overhead, that’s fine with me.) I ask, what part of this experience would make me come back to this store? Nothing. TRULY SAD SUBWAY, truly sad. I hope that new policies and customer service training will be looked at and added to the management and employees at this...
Read moreOn 4/14/2013 I experienced some of rudest employees ever to work a resturant job - I vowed never to return to this location. BEFORE I was serviced I answered my cellphone. My conversation lasted for maybe 30 seconds. I made it a point to step aside just in case someone else came in to order. As I ended my conversation I was still the only customer in the store. I noticed the employee decided to "retaliate" and make me wait. She went to back and conversated with the other employee that she left at the cash register. I immediately told the employee at the register that I'm ready to order. She then let it be known to her coworker in the back. I waited over 2 minutes while they purposely ignored me and continued their personal conversation only to still never be serviced. I undoubtedly became irate, left them some choice...
Read more6103 suite B location on Florida blvd....I know I'm not the only one to complain on the lil slim girl with the lashes that is usually there in the morning....black, young, slim with lashes....her attitude is HORRIBLE! VERY UNFRIENDLY!! BREATHE HARD WHEN TAKING YOUR ORDER and she acts like she NEVER want to be there....I go alot because its close to home and when I say her attitude like this every time!!! She definitely needs to quit if she hates her job. I be wishing someone else be there when I come to take my order. You can tell she hates her job! It shows!!!
