Them : Welcome to Taco Bell we’re only serving hard and soft shell tacos

Me (Paying customer) : I would like a beefy melt

Them (rudely) : TACO BELL HARD AND SOFT shells only

(Remind you BEEFY NACHO IS SOFT && about 4 employees on duty at-least 1 was a manager )

Me: puzzled and at AWE given that it’s only 11 , they close at 12 && I was still in all inquiring about the SOFT SHELL- it’s only 11 o’clock why aren’t you all expanding the menu to the things that are at a popular demand NO ONE WANTS SOFT OR HARD shelled REGULAR tacos 1 hour before closing that’s lowering the business LOWERING the costumers & lowering the money that keep THEM PAID & the store opened Them: nobody trying to be here at 12 cleaning

Also me : Why do you have a job here if you cannot keep up with the requirements If the buisness close at 12 you should be cleaning up at 11:45 How hard are tacos to clean up with FOUR CAPABLE people are on duty and PAYROLL

Them : YOU THE ONE HUNGRY

ME ;is there a manager on duty

Them : GIVES intercom to verbally abusive man

Me: leave the store , call the store immediately (11:16pm) To speak with an ON-SITE manager

Manager on-site : SAME VERBALLY ABUSIVE MAN I drove off on Who endorsed and support his employees POOR costumer Service

This location have been good to me for years YEARSSSS YOU HEAR ME but tonight was one of my worst nights ever EVER in fast food experience .

THE way she said “YOU HUNGRY” was sooooooo border line disrespectful

Whoever hired this shift needs their management position evaluated. Those people aren’t equipped or let alone have enough decorum to hold a cup onside the road . Those should be the faces of the location when I come there I expect Quality,Quantity,sophistication, and good work ethics . I work hard...

Just left this location and I’m utterly disappointed & disgusted once again. I hadn’t eaten in all day and risked giving this store a second chance. I just ate here last weekend and the food was terrible. This evening I ordered 2 chicken quesadilla combos and 2 extra taco supremes. I was only given 3 tacos and they were all regular. No sour cream. I told the manager and she took the bag back and said they will make the tacos over. I would think this time they would get it right. Only to get home and it’s 1 taco supreme and 3 regular tacos. We were still missing one Taco Supreme. The Tacos were all cracked and messy. The Quesidallas were so terrible. They were flat and I assume too hot because the paper was sticking to the quesidilla which made it hard to eat. We had to eat around the paper. I don’t know what has happened at this location but it’s now a store I will avoid at all costs. Food is too costly to have it gone to...

I just went thru the drive thru at this Taco Bell at around 10:20pm & I won’t be back! Very unprofessional! I’ll just go to the one down the street. When I was placing my order I had to repeat myself loud 3 times and still she couldn’t hear so she says “just pull to the window “ so I’m ordering at the window while she’s eating a biscuit & licking her fingers saying “huh” & “omg this biscuit is hard “ & im just looking at her then she hands me my card after putting her fingers in her mouth ! The name on the receipt is Aaliyah, what makes you think customers wanna see that when going thru a drive thru ?? Who knows if she goes and helps out on the table making orders, I didn’t even eat my food I gave...
