Today I was eating at this location and was shocked by what I saw. As I pulled up I noticed a roto rooter truck setting in the parking lot. No big deal yet, well i went inside ordered my chicken was served my chicken as usual. Well I went and sat down in the lobby and began eating my chicken. When I was almost finished one of the Roto rooter employees walk out with his rubber gloves on hanging onto a piece of nasty pipe pushed the door open by the handle walked to the back of his truck came back in using the handle to open the door. I am thinking oh my not sanitary at all. So I spoke with one of the store clerks them what had happened looked like oh no big deal. She went and got a paper towel and wiped it off she turned around to walk away and I told her the outside handle was nasty as well. The reaction I got at that time made me just get up and excuse myself from the store. As I was going to my vehicle it looked like the lead technician coming out with a really nasty looking contraption with gloves on his hands as well. Well the quiet and shy person that I am had to ask. Hey are you guy working on the plumbing in the store he said yes. So I ask him did he realize that his and his helpers gloves were nasty and that that entrance and exit handles now had what the nasty on them as well the reason he was wearing gloves. He ask me what kind of work I did. I told him Machinist Project manager. We conversed a little more about the issue and he appeared to get upset with me and walked away. So I said well i am taking this one step further, I call Roto Rooter and told them about the ordeal and I got okay sir we will handle the problem. And then he said I always wash my hands when I go into a restaurant. I said me to but what good does it when you have people the touch things that I touch after washing my hands. Read moreI placed a mobile order last night around 9pm, I specifically ordered 2 orders of MILD chicken with 2thighs and 1leg in each other. when i got to the window the lady at the window let me know that there was enough mild chicken to make my order so i told her she could mix it with spicy. i received my order just to have an order of breast in my order i gave it back and told her it was incorrect, another lady came from the back yelling saying “she told me they didn’t have no more dark meat” and i tried to explain to her that the lady in the window only told me they didn’t have mild chicken she said nothing about not having dark meat. she proceeds to yell at me said “that’s all we got, breasts only i already said that” and then mumbled something else that i couldn’t hear which made everybody inside the restaurant look at me at the drive thru window. im not a child nor am i that woman’s child to be spoken to like that for a misunderstanding. i was just trying to get my order correct because originally that’s not what i was told. either way this store just opened back up after being temporarily closed and maybe they need to do so again for customer...

A “10piece Bigger Box” to be exact… Before sending in the order I called this location to ask if I was able to get all dark meat, legs and thighs only I was told yes if my order hadn’t been made yet I let the person on the phone know that I had just sent the order in while we were on the phone upon arriving to this location I was told to pull to the front and they would bring my order out to me Which is another hint that my order was not made yet Still, I got home checked my food. I was missing the three jalapeños that I ordered and my food was almost all breast and wings i had ONE single thigh in the order. I received no silverware, napkins or sauces. I called to ask for information on corporate to contact them and was told they have no access to corporate information. I did not want to go back to have my order remade because they were extremely rude on the phone However, I would like either my order made correctly or a refund.
