bruh. come on
i’m getting some food after door dashing all day, dealing with customers myself. so when i come here , believe me when i say i have more patience then most.
i first get told they have no chili .. couldn’t get chili fries or a cup of chili. alright .. cool. perfectly okay- i’ll get everything else i ordered
spent 18 bucks , he told me it’s gonna refund so we will see about that but ima bank on it and say i will be having to call about my refund.
so then , he told me to go park by the front , they are gonna bring me the food. okay cool.. all good. sitting there for over ten minutes , someone came to check on me had no idea wtf i was doing there or what i ordered lol.
ALSO BEFORE I SAY MORE , they were more than friendly. i have nothing against them nor trying to get anyone in trouble. most fast food places they got nothing but attitude - these guys did not.
so after i tell him what i had they told me to pull back up to the window. they were like “ for real you didn’t get your food yet” i was like nah i ain’t get a damn thing lol. i’m still calm - i get it and im. tired so i didnt have much energy to be annoyed anyway.
they get my food i said everything in here , they said yeah and i asked ab my refund again just to make sure , said it should be on card in a few days again , i leave
i don’t always check the bag even though i should bc 8/10 fast food don’t ever give you the right order
i get home , hungry tired been driving for 9 hours and my reaction : I KNOWWWW YOU ARE LYING 😂😂😂 🙄🙄🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️tell me why my nuggets aren’t in the bag. so now i got jipped out of more money and have to call to get that money back too.
look , yall were friendly. but when i work all dmn day to give the community service and yalls food - bet yall would be so mad if i drop off someone’s order bc i didn’t check the name on the bag. have the same decency it ain’t that hard. it was slow too 11 pm. get...
Read moreRude every single time I visit...which is twice a month due to my job location. Always a LONG Drive-thru line & employees taking orders are damn near incompetent & treat you with disrespect. You would think I asked for a free meal the snarls & name calling underneath their breathe when all I request is a simple pack of ketchup to go with my order's French fries. Don't even get me started on the Frosty Machine....I sat in the parking lot line in a full blown arguing match with an employee that just started her daily shift regarding the availability of a simple Stinking Small Vanilla frosty, that she demanded she could NOT SERVE ME BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT OF SMALL CUPS!!! When I requested to possibly be served a single Small Frosty, only served in a medium sized cup, the employee raised her voice at me & asked me why does she need to repeat herself (as if I didn't understand her?!?..prob bc I didn't...) She then claimed the restaurant hadn't been able to serve Small Frostys all day...and when I argued for with her and informed her that I had already purchased 3 small Frostys only 3 hours earlier to which I had a receipt proving the purchase that same exact day she proclaimed to have not served ANY Frostys All day long...she STILL INSISTED I COULD ORDER NO SMALL VANILLA FROSTY BC the store had ran out of SMALL CUPS. At no point was it an option to serve me a small frosty in any other sized cup available. The score goes again....

Read moreAfter going to the Wendy's on Sherwood, I see why they have an overall score of 3. I just left the restaurant because I requested a sausage, egg and cheese croissant not knowing the cheese is a 'swiss cheese sauce'. After taking the sandwich back and requesting actual 'cheese', the rep, associate, whomever she was stated in a rude tone 'next time ask for american cheese'. Not only that, when I got the replacement sandwich, the lady handed it to me while her back was turned. First off, I would have been ok with her statement had she said it in a better tone and kept her rebuttals to herself when I was trying to explain that I didn't know that 'sauce' was actual cheese. Secondly, having your back turned to a customer as if to 'dismiss' them is not showing good customer service. Dear District Manager & Store Manager, PLEASE do a store meeting on better customer service. This wasn't it this morning. It shouldn't have been a back and forth conversation about cheese, the tone when communicating was HORRIBLE and your back being turned to a customer you're serving food to should be...
