They practically ignored me from then on and even though I had the online receipt on my app with proof of payment and proof the order was placed at their location they still said they couldnât find my order. After asking for the manger several times, she finally came to speak to me, only to tell me that if they couldnât find my order in their computer, that they wouldnât be giving me a refund or making the food. After about 5 minutes another girl comes to stand at the counter looking in my face confused as Iâm waiting to order , LITERALLY just standing there . . . Then comes a manager fussing about an employee not taking her âsimpleâ nose piercing(s) out, asking her to clock out etc. etc. when Iâve been standing here for now 10min and are getting impatient because everyone is engaged in the employee being fussed at. . .
Instead of worrying about facial piercings and things customers are not concerned about at the least, customer service needs to be worked on.
After waiting for as long as I had noticing the entire drive through had been cleared , I just walked out.
