Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

Had received nice nasty service from a worker on Tuesday 3/18/25 night shift in the drive-thru in the 10 o'clock hour (if I can recall correctly). Nice words with nasty energy and attitude behind those words. She was shaking uncontrollably, hyper, and erratic. She was not sincere in her interaction with me. I was just picking up an order for delivery and she made me feel uncomfortable trying to instruct me how to do my part (app management). Mind you, I have been doing this for 5 years. It was rude, very weird, and unnecessary. Her professionalism was overshadowed by insincerity and lack of empathy. She followed the procedures for pickup, however, with an overpowering negative attitude. She needs to fix food and not interact with people honestly. I let her be who she was to avoid a potential escalation. However, I did tell her that she was acting weird (again keep in mind, her actions were non-induced by my behavior and for no reason) and she was very rude in the way she was telling me to do my job. I have been delivering for this location since before she became employed there and many times at that. I have had a good rapport with the employees so this was an off-putting experience. Furthermore, I have never felt so uncomfortable doing a pickup out of over 2k deliveries, several parishes, in 5 years that I have completed. I am employed, self-employed, and an entrepreneur. Driving to alabama for vacation, we specially detoured to go to our favorite eating place only to be completely blown away.... We arrived right at open only to find out that while the store opened there was no chili available!!!!! I really thought this was unprofessional! The lady said it would be atleast an hour to an hour and a half before it would be heated up enough to serve!!! We called the number for the store because honestly, wouldnt every owner like to know that their store isnt really open even though its supposed to be???? He DID call bsck or someone did...several days later which we felt was a good thing... He said he would send chili out to us and was sorry... We have never received it.... I hope your other locations do not take hold to that standard and maintain the great service we all...

Compared to other Wienerschnitzels in the country, this one is consistently skimpy with toppings. The chili on the chili dogs and fries is less than half of what the top ranking stores put on theirs. Since we travel and have real benchmark, it’s pretty obvious. We’ve sampled this branch over 5 years and it’s always the same. It’s obviously intentional. Since we order over a dozen dogs and several chili fries each time, we have plenty to sample. Chili portion looks like it came out of a ketchup packet. To the owners/managers, “Why so skimpy”? That chili is known to be one of your biggest draws. Adding next to none makes sure you can’t even taste it. I guess at least you have plenty of customers who have nothing to compare it to.
