If I could I would put a half a star started out great then went really order the pizza went to pick it up said it was at the store Crosstown drove all across town to pick it up and it was at the other store was never reimbursed for the money I spent and never received my pizza and no credits to my account and still hasn't I have not been contacted from corporate and I have reached out to them
Update reached out to them they offered me $14 in cash never showed up to get it $14 is kind of a slap in the face when I ordered $20 worth of food and never received it and wasted 30 minutes of my time running across town and then coming back to the same store saying that my food isn't there when I called I was told that they just switched their cash register system out so I mean that's kind of convenient I have not ordered from the store or ordered any Domino's in well since this day and this isn't right this is not how you treat a customer that was ordering three times a week from you I should get compensated for the food that I didn't get I should get compensated for the time that I had to waste running all the way across town at 11:00 at night as you get compensated for not being able to have my dinner that night when it was almost midnight when I was done messing around with your store that you have too many managers in there running too many different things very...

Stopped in at 12:14am to order ONE pizza carry out and we were told, âWe stopped doing carry out at midnight.â I stated, youâre open until 2am according to on line. Then furthermore, we were told âWe do deliveries until 2am.â
Okay, thatâs fine and all. Appeared to be the only employee. He didnât appear to want to have to do anything when he rounded the counter from the left when he looked up at something, his facial expressions made it very clear. Someone would still have to make the pizza and then deliver it, curbside wasnât an option do to âstore policyâ⌠So what difference does is it make if the pizza is delivered or not since we are there and would take it, then no one has to deliver it? Very frustrating.

My order showed up early, but my brownie and tots where burned. Wings were perfect. The brownies were horrible. They honestly should of been replaced before it even went out the door. Completely dry and crackly not like just a little burnt on the bottom. I've been in the hospital for 2 weeks, and it was the first meal I hoped to enjoy to not be hospitalized food. My meal was certainly not worth $60. I'm highly disappointed from a place that refused to hire me stating they didn't believe I would of met expectations of quality. I would rather have my meal show up and hrs late and prepare correctly that the burnt mess I got. Just make it at home. It's much better and cheaper.
