I have tried to support this business a few times. I have only ordered the oxtails because out of the few items I have tried the oxtails seem to be what I prefer. Yesterday was my last time giving them 30.00 for oxtails that are not falling off the bone tender. I decided to try it again yesterday, this time I asked for the white rice instead of the beans and rice with the oxtails. I also requested gravy and extra gravy with the meal with cornbread, the cornbread was fresh and had a good taste. The son which is always there got my order together, you would think because I have mentioned to them before about the toughness of the oxtails that he would make sure my order would be satisfying, instead he loaded up the rice with 3 pieces of dry oxtails and rice of which I didn’t eat much of. I would like my money back. Because it was closing time I could not go back and they had no voicemail to leave a message. Give me back my 30.00. I will not recommend you...

I stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant and I am very glad I did. My first visit I tried their oxtails. They were tender and seasoned to perfection. My second visit I took family with me and we tried a little of everything. We had oxtails with beans and rice, jerk chicken with macaroni and cheese, jerk brisket, greens cornbread and finally the BBQ ribs. We were in heaven. Everything was great. The music was pleasing as well. My daughter got the curry chicken and goat to go. It is owned by a husband and wife team as well as their son. Call and order ahead if you want the oxtails. It's their best seller and goes fast. Run people don't walk to this little hidden treasure. Great people...

First things first, this family is kind, personable and their service is amazing. That’s the number one thing.

My lady and I ordered the meals with beans & rice. We had Jerk Chicken & Brisket. We also ordered the Caribbean Greens and Sweet Slaw.

Let me tell you, the flavors in this food had me from the first bite. The rice & beans are cooked perfectly and the meat is fall apart tender & smoked to perfection. The sides are not just thrown together with the meal no… the slaw was sweet and tangy and the greens were full of flavor.

This place deserves WAY more...
