Taco Bell — Restaurant in Battle Creek

I visited this location on December 13, 2025, around 8:55 PM, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The drive-through line was extremely slow; I had to wait about 28 minutes just to place my order, all while watching other customers' struggles to get out of the one lane one way drive and even driving over the curb. Once I finally ordered, we had to wait an additional 12 minutes for our food.

When I went to pay, I requested a receipt, but I was told the printer was down—though I didn’t think much of it at the time. Once i was handed the food, i looked it over, and what i saw with out un-wrapping anything looked to be complete. When I got home and checked the order, I was shocked. Instead of two complete Number 11 meals and the large nacho cheese fry I ordered, there was only one full meal and half of a chicken cascade wrapped up to make it appear as if there were two completed number 11 meals. This was not only disappointing but also frustrating after such a long wait.

Well, rating is not for location and foods but for a lady named Cindy. I walked in to lobby stand on line straight a little after 10pm to pick up two small order and there were two people walked behind me. Cindy was working on, to go order for a person infront of me, minutes after she asked me what's the name on order and I told her. Instead of processing my order, she printed out big orders for two people behind me and let coworker process them and yelling at other employees, not helping process. I don't blame on the guy because he got do as he was told. I been to this store a few times now and they usually process order for first in line no matter what online order they got first. I got out at 11:51pm, was stuck there for more than 40mins to pick up two small orders. I wish there were 0 star to rate...

I've come to this location previously and always had great service. However, this particular morning for breakfast I ordered the #14. The burrito was cold and the hashbrown was stale. The following day I came back for lunch and waited 20 minutes for someone to greet the vehicle in front of me, which I didn't understand since there was only one vehicle in front of them at the window. Then, when I ordered my two back bean chalupas, add potatoes and rice, with two sides of sour cream. I get back to work on my 30 minute break, (with only just under 10 minutes to spare) only to find they are also cold and missing the potatoes. As well as my sides of sour cream sides were only half filled.
