This breaks my heart to give this low of a review had this been 6 months to a year ago or even when they first opened I would have given 5 stars.or more Best subs in battle Creek! the past 6 months or so I started to notice quality starting to decline meat was getting thinner ok I understand you got to make money.... The lettuce got thinner almost like they took shredded lettuce and shredded it again.... Then they not only cut back quality they raised prices.... THEN NOT ONLY THAT THEY SHRUNK THE BREAD! This place is great; you should definitely eat here. I walked in and felt like a cartoon character floating through the air because it smelled so good. They bake their own bread and slice meats to order for sandwiches. I got a #1 and my husband got a #3, both half subs that were ENORMOUS and delicious. We arrived about 20 minutes to close and our orders took about five minutes to make. We saw 3-4 more orders come in while we scarfed down dinner outside and every single one was made just as lightning fast. It really is what they say! THE biggest and certainly in my experience, THE BEST subs. Jackie and I got The Boss with everything-everything. WOW! I've never had a better deli or sub sandwich.

AND... the place was clean! So nice!! We spoke with Alyssa on our way out. We thanked her for being there and told her how much we enjoyed it. We asked her position, she said manager. We went on about how much we appreciated great tasting food in a clean environment and at a good value. She seemed very knowledgeable. It will certainly be a regular source of sustenance for us...
