I got a drink and a cake pop and typically I wait about a couple minutes when I’m the only one in the drive thru and this time it took a little longer but I don’t mind the wait cause I’ve been in customer service for 6 years and wasn’t in a rush and Joey gave a another cake pop and a $4 off my next order card for the wait. I got the cake pop for my son so he definitely appreciated the extra one and I appreciated the $4 off card. I will be a regular here because these people are way nicer than the Beckley people. Until this Saturday afternoon, I ordered through the drive-thr as usual. A lady served me. The first time, I couldn't hear clearly whether she asked me to wait a moment, so I ordered into the microphone.
