I ordered and ate my Pepperoni Pizza last night no problem, didn't bother checking my sandwich or the other two pizzas until this morning for lunch, which, in hindsight, was a mistake on my part because I have frequent order errors at this location. Today was the one that pushed me to the review. The Pepperoni was good and The Alfredo Pizza looked fine, but the Chicken taco pizza I ordered is missing the provolone, tomato and onion, and the extra provolone I asked for on the Philly sandwich is instead light. They also were apparently out of garlic cups according to the driver, but I was not notified of this until I asked the for them - I was told they were taken off, but looking at the receipt I still see them there, and do not see a return to my card of any kind. I paid a 7$ tip cash, so the fact that the balance shown on my receipt did not change and no returns have been made to my card proves that to be a lie. I've was on hold for 30 minutes (I kept an eye on the call timer) waiting to speak to someone, but was asked to hold before I could say anything. I am at work so I said fine and just threw it on speaker while I waited. Once it hit half an hour I hung up and called back. Where I was told someone would call me when things slowed down, it has been 7 hours. This store opened up within the last year, and overtook the delivery area of the store I used to go to, and I have been having problems like this ever since - I order from domino's with a $30+ order at least 2x a month, so it is super frustrating that every third order has an issue. I miss my old store 😕

The quality of the pizzas has also declined, with toppings often falling off and the crust becoming increasingly greasy. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this was more than just an error. It was a deliberate act that demonstrated a lack of respect for my order and my preferences. I'm incredibly disappointed with this experience and will be strongly considering taking my business elsewhere. I urge Domino's to take this feedback seriously and improve their service. Update - they did refund my order, Ordered a couple pizzas for a work meeting. Either tracker was broken or the driver was, 25 minutes to drive 2 miles? After a half hour and the track adding another 30 minutes to travel time I called the store. The guy who answered said there is no way, "Justin should be there by now" just then in walks Justin. I thanked him and ran pizzas into the meeting Opened the box and it looked gross, toppings were stuck to the lid. Called back and offered to send pics. Guy said no that's OK I'll send new ones. I explained this was a meeting and with the long wait the meeting would be done by time pizza arrived. He said he would refund....never did. It's been 3 days. Looked like someone puked on the lid :(

Placed an order tonight (12/26) at 6:14pm. The wait time for delivery was 57-67 minutes. This is not a problem as I know places get busy and they need time to complete everyone's orders in the order they recieved them. However, at 7:37pm, the order hadn't been started yet. When we called to inquire when it would be delivered, there was no apology and no excuse, they just said they were starting it now and it would be delivered in 45 minutes. At 8:22pm (45 minutes later), the tracker said they were still making it, with a 2.5 HOUR wait for it to be delivered. We called again, no apology, no excuse, and the order still hadn't even been started. We ended up having to cancel the order. How is this something that they view as acceptable, without even so much as an acknowledgement that they clearly had done wrong. Its now after 9pm and im just finishing making dinner for my young kids, who should already be in bed by now, but instead are having an incredibly dinner and have to be rushed to bed shortly after.
