I really hope they can fix the bugs on there website and app! Our family will no longer order from here or come here. I'm sick of paying for food and drinks and receiving half of my order or they're made the whole order wrong. I've tried the app, the workers blamed the app for our order being messed up. So after multiple mishaps, I figured no biggie I'll just delete the app and order online. Tried ordering online and your website glitches and shows double of some things which can in turn mess with the outcome of the order. For example, in the spot where you chose what side your toppings go on, there should only be one row of three choices. Left side, whole pizza, and right side. However sometimes upon placing my orders online, there would be two of these rows. I'd select the left side, indicating I want half of the pizza different than the other half. However in the cases where the second row appeared, when selecting the side of pizza for the toppings, the bottom right would act as if selected as well and would not unselect. Upon delivery, I'd have a whole pizza as one topping instead of the half and half originally ordered. I think the worst part is when whole items are missed upon delivery, that have already been paid for. Even upon calling and informing the workers of missing items, they were never delivered, there was no refund, just oh sorry they forgot. Which has happened multiple times now. Also you're advertising you have 50% off of orders sometimes and still charging full price, anyways I hope you can fix this. Half the time I don't say anything or complain but it makes me truly sad, and frustrated as I used to love your pizza. Thinking about ordering anything from you now just makes me sad and angry from so many bad experiences. Read moreOn May 6, I ordered 2 steak and cheese subs with extra steak and cheese, no other toppings. My friend ordered a steak and cheese sub with regular steak and cheese and all the toppings and their sub looked like it had way more steak than mine.
Mine had such little steak that my friend and other friends I showed the pics to said it wouldn’t even be enough to qualify as a regular steak and cheese sandwich. I actually ended up taking off all the steak off on one sub to make a sandwich and adding it to the other and even then it didn’t seem like enough steak. What they gave me was basically cheese bread with a tiny bit of steak.
When I called to complain, the manager insisted he made them himself and knew they had enough steak. So if this is enough steak, would you really want a sub from there? IDK maybe they mixed things up and put the extra steak on the one with all the toppings, but even then, what steak I had wasn’t even enough to qualify for a normal steak sub. Also, extra steak apparently is a chain wide rip off, because some dominos charge extra for it even when you leave off the other toppings, yet according to this manager extra steak is only a half an ounce more meat.
Also of note is that the white piece of cardboard that the subs are supposed to rest on in the box - they either forgot that or this store doesn't do it unlike other dominos. My guess - they're cheap and skimping on the cost like they skimped on the steak.
I’m giving 2 stars rather than 1 since the manager did at least refund the money for the whole order.

Read moreSo, my friend ordered a bacon ranch pizza with and he specifically stated he wanted "extra bacon", but by the time we get the pizza delivered we see more chicken than there is bacon 🥓🤦🏽♀️, so my friend then calls back up the the store to report and fix the issue when the dude who answered the phone stated that my friend specifically quoted a medium chicken bacon ranch pizza with "extra chicken"... which clearly three of us agreed before the call that we wanted extra bacon and all three were present for all three of the said calls. So essentially, after having another pizza sent to the house with the alleged correct order, we discover the same pizza and go thru the same process only to spoken to rudely when the manager answered the phone. So humbly we took a #20 in store credit because we wasn't gonna fight with someone who's inexperienced at customer service. Frfr, get some training. I've plenty years of experience in food management and hospitality management buddy, and you were absolutely wrong for a manager. Whatever happened to: "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT"?
