Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Bay City

Editing my review * I love the food when it's fresh.. last few times I went I ordered from phone while in parking lot. 10 minutes later went in and paid.. where it prompts you for a tip not normally a big deal. While sitting in store after payment 30 minutes go by they ask me about a order that wasn't mine.. 10 more minutes he pulled a pizza out I watched go in a hot box 20 minutes earlier.. it was mine .. I mentioned the fact I have been sitting there entire time it sat in a warming box he looks at pizza looks at me and says hey at least it's warm.. I ordered fresh paid a cash tip and I order every Saturday for my family.. I will not be spending at this location and that sucks I love the pizza just not last...

I always enjoy the food that comes from this Jets, but I pay for an extra sauce every time for my Jet Bread and I would say I actually receive that extra sauce maybe 1:5 times I order from here. Every time I call, literally every single time I call and place an order, the person taking my order is extremely rude and disrespectful. Just today, I have called and placed my order, and he literally hung up on me in the middle of my sentence without saying thank you, bye, or anything. I had to call the store back and give them my information in order to pay for my food, and then he questioned me about it. I wish there was a different Jets nearby that I could order from, because the disrespect is...

Stayed at the Hampton Inn Hilton Hotel tonight, and ordered delivery ordered the deep dish buffalo chicken bacon ranch pizza, with garlic flavored crust. Pizza was amazing! Crust cooked perfectly, chicken tasted just right. Not dry or undercooked. Bacon crisp, Decent amount of cheese, the flavors of the garlic crust, ranch, and buffalo sauce were all hitting! I ditched the onions and decided to add diced tomatoes. Overall loved it, delivery driver was friendly and arrived my meal fast. Only thing I recommend put a little more diced tomatoes on it.
