McDonald's — Restaurant in Bay City

This mcdonalds is HORRIBLE!!!! That is an understatement! The customer service through the drive is atrocious and no kind of thank u whatsoever. So i get to the menu and was pleased with how quick they responded, which was not the norm cuz they usually take 5 mins to respond to you. I paid for my meal and she was nice, she said thank you and have a great night. Then i get to the second window and this server did not even look at me, she just stuck her arm out and that was it!!! I was like....ok?? So i look in my bag and at the placing of my order i was asked what kind of sauce and dont even get any!!! So i wait for the young lady to look at me and i ask her for some. She hands me ONE SAUCE for a 20 piece nugget!!! I said can i get another sauce please? She said u have to pay for it. I said for a 20 piece nugget only 1 sauce? She then asked me very rudely " did you not get any at all??" I was like ok....i wouldnt be asking u for any! This was the worst service ever! So sad that its hard to get good customer service nowadays. Ive worked in the food business for years and i would never treat someone this way, especially when it is the customers that keep a buisness open. I truly hope the establishment get better people working for them, because that was RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!! This all falls back to management and reflects them...

This is a very poorly run McDonald's! I am very disappointed! There were three major problems:

I ordered a sausage biscuit and hash brown. This food was incredibly, insanely greasy. The wrappers that the food came in as well as the bag itself we're completely soaked through with grease. It was so bad as to render the food nearly inedible.

The lighted sign on the street said that only the drive through was open, and the lobby was closed. This is not true!! I live fairly close to this McDonald's and usually ride my bicycle there. When I arrived, I thought that I would not be able to get served, because of what the sign said. I rode away to run other errands, and when I came back I saw that people were walking in and out of the lobby, and the sign was incorrect. I have posted a picture of this sign here on Google Maps.

Last but not least: I specifically asked the young lady at the counter for napkins. When I got outside with my greasy, disgusting food there were no napkins.

I gave this horrendous, grease-laden mess to a nearby stray dog, who actually sniffed the food several times before eating...

First attempt to order was to use coupon for completing an online survey. Bogo quarter pounder or egg muffin. Was told they were out of quarter pounders. Asked about any offer offer to substitute? Was told no. Left without placing any order and came back the next day. Was able to use the coupon on second attempt. However when at cashier window was told that she couldn't apply or wouldn't apply the coupon because the 2 for $5 was basically the same thing. Then I wonder, why wasn't it offered the day before? I asked how much is a regular quarter pounder price. She said $4.29. I explained then that the bogo would be two for the price of $4.29. requested that she apply the coupon. She agreed, but when I got the receipt had been charged the 2 for $5. No couple applied. Not only did I feel like they devalued my time the day before, now they cheated and lied over .71¢. given the volume of people that go through their drive through that minor amount of...
