Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bay City

We went to the Van Vleck location 9-15-2023...it was horrible...I posted my review on the Pizza Hut website while we waited for our pizza....the minute we walked in "What do you want" ....I actually told "register" girl that I wanted to see a menu first....no one bothered cleaning the empty tables or picking up the dirty dishes while we were there.... we saw the employees laughing when the "register" girl fell...when I questioned my order to make sure it was put in correctly, "register" girl walked away from me and I had to ask another employee.....it was late, we were tired and hungry so we ordered our pizza to go, but I did check it before we left....3 more families walked in behind us and they also got treated the same way....these employees definitely need training in how to talk and treat their customers....customers notice the cleanliness and/or lack of it....especially how they are treated by the employees.....we will definitely not be spending any money here on our next visit.....AVOID...

Called in the pizza, Nada (or nara) took the order. She recalled it back to me perfectly, although with about as much enthusiasm as a wet mop. Hubby picks up pizza on way home. Pizza was NOT done the way it was ordered. (I ordered pan, got something else, ick). IMO, the crust is pretty important in a pizza. So I called back. 6 times. Got disconnected 3 times at first, held for manager 2 times, got disconnected those times also after a long wait on hold. I've always loved pizza hut super supreme pan pizza. Won't eat any other kind there. This is the 2nd time we haven't gotten what we ordered out of that store. Won't patronize them again. I will make pizza at home if I want it from now on. It's not worth the bland crust, and them forgetting something. Tried to handle the issue locally, obviously unsuccessfully. Will send my complaint on to regional and national. ...

The worst place that I have eaten in bay city since I've been here... We went the first time and ended up leaving after sitting there for 30-45 mins with no service while the employees talked loudly and laughed and cut up behind the counter... So we figured what the heck Everyone has a bad day so we tried it again... This time wasn't much better...The restaurant was kinda empty so we got seated pretty quick and got our drinks...Then waited on some not so good food and piss poor service yet again... And then after we set for 30mins waiting for our ticket we finally had to go to the register and make someone cash us out so we could leave...No refills on drinks and the wings were old and not very good... Pizza was average... Hope this post helps someone...This place won't get another...
