I only gave it 1 star cause I had to give at least one to write the review. I went there about a month back and there was a guy that was standing behind the counter but he was on the phone. And we stood there patiently, but then finally asked if he could take our order and he said he wasn't on the clock yet.and then another employee walked out from somewhere to the side and we asked if we could get our order taken. And he said he wasnt working.so one was about to start working but wasn't clocked in yet cause it wasn't time other was was off and clocked out already leaving noone to run the register??? We stood there for another almost 10 min before the one behind the counter on his phone decided to take our order and he gave it with the most attitude he could give as he made it. With sighs and tongue clicks and eye rolling and slamming and yanking stuff roughly. It was the rudest customer service o had ever witnessed or recieved.
I mean u work at a place for people to come and eat. People are on a come in and order from u. Fine not and awesome job but u have a job to do, not cool to take it anger out on the customers about u having to serve customers. Corporate definitely needs to come in and clean house and get better people in their who will actually do their job and not be upset that they have to do their job. Read moreBoth employees "Darren and Eliana" were hardworking. Darren prepared really delicious sandwitches while Eliana was cleaning the restaurant. I feel they both need raise in their pay. As I was the only one in the store; as a customer, I asked Darren that What is the experience like while preparing sandwitches; what are your thoughts? He said, they must be prepared in a way you like to have it for yourself instead of messing up and submitting "garbage" to customer. I really liked that answer as that is my mentality as well; prepare food the way you want to have. This is because you never know how the customer's day has passed, how hungry the customer is, and what is going on in his healthy lifestyle. It is always better to prepare the food in a way you want to have, for others (customers). Lovely thought Darren. Similarly, Eliana said that restaurant must stay clean the way we want to have our home to stay neat and clean. This was one of my another tought which Eliana answered perfectly.

He didn't not wash his hand after going behind the counter. Then just had a "I dont want to be here attauide" about taking my order. I asked him to warm my chicken. Told me it would be warmed when toasted. He skipped the cheese. It was added cold . Then continued to make sandwich. When unwrapping my sandwiches, they all fell apart instantly.
