Update** It has now been a year, and my review is no longer the same, which is really sad because I love Shirley's donuts. Whether it be 5,8,10a.m. result is always the same. Every time we go, they are usually out of everything or don't have anything that is fresh, I'm not sure how that is even possible at such early times. This has been ongoing for months now. I worry that if y'all don't get your business back on track like it was in the beginning, it will be yet another failed business here in Bay City..I will no longer bother to even drive up there unless I call first to make sure you actually have what we want.. I also will no longer order on the app bc not only did I get donuts that weren't fresh, but they weren't even what we ordered, and we didn't receive notice of that, and didn't realize it until we were all the way home. When we went bk and showed them there wasn't an apology, it was simply stated that they were out of the things we chose(mind you, this was around 8 in the morning) . Well, you should make someone aware of that Shirley's. Don't just put whatever random things you want to in my box and think that is okay..This is so disappointing that y'all have went down hill so quickly.
The donuts were hot, fresh, and very tasty.. the young girl working drive thru was such a sweetheart.. the only negative thing I have to say is the kolache was disgusting, it tasted like it has hot dog weenie in it... but I will return for...

Too bad they fired the young ladies that were always pleasant and made sure the donuts were tasty. Also too bad my money will be spent elsewhere. Donuts were flat (literally - not the box, box was in perfect condition) and had the freshness of day old. Was provided a variety because they did not have any filled donuts; no cake donuts though? Shipley's giving raised instead of cake without saying anything. If fresh donuts are not ready; I am good with waiting! Being given a subpar product at full price in today's economy; poor business practice! First and Last experience with Shipley. Thank you for the ride, I prefer to spend my hard earned money elsewhere!
