Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bay Village

I can't give a rating on food IT NEVER SHOWED UP, I placed an order this evening at 7:30pm at 8:15 I called to check on because I was told it would be delivered by 7:59pm, the guy answered and said "sorry were really busy it'll be a minute they had to use doordash to deliver" I'm like cool by 8:50pm I still didn't have an order and when I called I got the manager and the guy was horrible, he barely spoke English so the language barrier was bad enough but then he started screaming at me to be greatful the pizza was finally on its way, I asked to speak to someone else and he said I have an actual customer and then hung up on me. I called back and told him I wanted an eta or to cancel my order, he said "fine, it's canceled I told the driver to bring it back" and I asked for my refund and he said "you'll get it tomorrow, I told him I wanted my money back now and he said " you'll get it when you get it and then told me to be quiet when I demanded a refund for a product he couldn't deliver. Will never spend a dime on pizza hut ever again, I ordered domino's instead and got hot fresh pizza in 20 mins from a very pleasant driver who...

We ordered our pizza online. Said 10-20 minutes it will be ready, Wow..that fast for all this food. When we arrived, we didn't see any curbside signs, just for customers only. The staff brought it out after we clicked arrived here. They seemed a little confused, as to where it should go, but that was already mentioned in the order. But, they were polite, but it was a little awkward.

As for the pizza, it wasn't the best Pizza Hut pizza I've ever had. A little soggy and messy. The taste was fine. But I've had better. Also a little messy with the boxing, as if they were rushed.

The mozzarella sticks are so-so. Your kids will love these though.

The Detroit style pizza was loaded with sauce on top. If I turned it over, the sauce and toppings would fall off.

The Pasta was average.

Cookie was just a big cookie, nothing special here.

Love the pan pizza, but it could be better.

The man behind the counter yelled at my daughter when she asked for our order and he claimed he did not have it. She attempted to show him the confirmation text, email and charge to my account to which he continued to yell at her and say it wasn’t on the screen.
