September 14. 3:30 pm Employees try to help you and try to go above and beyond for you. Employees get 5/5 from me. However the manager is a whole different story. Constantly yelling “El tiempo el tiempo” treating her name workers as if they were robots or machines. Horrible employee treatment. Then actually chastises you as the customer if you happen to do something she finds “wrong”. What do you get out of treating your workers like trash? Una de las personas que te atiende en ventana le di una cantidad $21.75. Lo cual me responde que le di demás ya que mi compra eran de $9.73 a lo que le respondí que si porq quería que me devolviera un billete de $10 me da dos billetes de $5 y se va corriendo a la siguiente ventanilla sin darme las monedas (si, lo se son unas monedas). Llego a la próxima ventanilla y le digo me quedaste debiendo 🤦🏻‍♀️ La respuesta fue la siguiente del empleado: No tengo mucho cambio😲. A lo cual le respondí sutilmente sabes que por esa centaveria no me venden aquí ni en ningún lado nada. El empleado contesta si lo se pero con actitud. Le quería decir tantas y tantas cosas en ese precioso instante hasta pensé decirle regresame el dinero y toma la comida pero la comida ni era para mi.
