This is my go-to place every weekend. The atmosphere is great, starting with the furnishing, the style, the colors, and the vibes. The food is cooked at the moment, never frozen. I especially love the coffee. As a coffee enthusiast myself, I know if I go in, I will enjoy a great cup of coffee, whether an espresso, filter coffee, aeropress, or any of the other of the specialty drinks they offer; it is done with consistency and great care. The best part of my day was the service; I always look for great, friendly greetings and attention, and they excelled. The food was good. I ordered the salmon toast—very generous with the salmon, a nice balance with the cream cheese, and the waffle was fluffy. If you ever find yourself in Bayamón and are looking for a place to get great coffee and a brunch this is the place for you. Great service, friendly staff and an amazing barista. The pumpkin bread and the cereza and almendras bread was amazing.
