My first experience with birria anything, and wow is all I can say. So the menu has a variety of different concoctions the use the meat. I couldn't make up my mind, and wanted a variety, so I ended up with tacos, a burrito, and the surprise of the order, loaded hot cheetos. I immediately had the raise, because of course, I wanted to dip them in the consome. It was everything I expected dipping tacos would be like, and I definitely liked it. As of this point I haven't had the burrito, because the order of tacos comes with 4, but I wanted to try the surprise order while it was fresh. Now, the loaded hot cheetos is just that. A bed of flamin hot cheetos, topped with birria meat, cilantro, onion, nacho cheese, and consome......OMG! Definitely will be finding my way back here when I visit Houston again! It was also nice to meet the owner, and hear about how he started with just a simple food truck in front of his mom's house, and now house a stand alone restaurant, with a dine in area. And he did it in 7 months! UPDATED!!! I woke ready to eat the last item I ordered, which was the burrito, ups opening the bag I noticed the container seemed a little different for it to be a burrito. As I opened I found the most pleasant surprise, as it was the Papa loaded, which is a loaded baked potato with birria, cilantro, cheese, and onion. Definitely appreciate this mix up, because that was the other item I was conflicted on choosing lol! So thanks to owner, for helping me make up my mind without even knowing what I was...
Read moreThis place came highly recommended but Overall the food was underwhelming, first off the Ramen wasn’t cooked all the way so we had to wait for it to be finished but when my kid didn’t like it we tried it and we also thought the flavor was just gross, dirty tasting and just bland. Should NOT be on a restaurant menu. My loaded potatoes would have been better if there was some sour cream instead of so much nacho cheese sauce, and there were more onions than meat so the flavor was just weird and hard to eat with bits of aluminum foil it was served in getting stuck in food. Had to add lots of salt to make it palatable. The table smelled like dirty water and bleach at the same time and my husband kept complaining. The kids food is about twice as much food as the taco plates which cost over double the price. Little selection for kids and quesadillas don’t have options to put meat which my kids are used to having meat option. I got fried chicken strip on the side to add meat to the kids plate. No dipping sauces or condiments options. they gave us ketchup packets for the French fries. We should have known with Ramen, Hot dogs and Hot Cheetos on the menu that it would be over priced concession stand food. The nachos were probably the best thing but didn’t come with any Pico, Jalapeños, quac or sour cream so everything on the menu was basically fried food and...

I have been searching for someone to make a hot cheeto burrito. Of course I can make it but I work in the area so it’s easier and I’m supporting a business.
It wasn’t on the menu so I gave them what I wanted added/removed. And they did it without issue.
THEY DID SO WELL. This burrito is so good sober/tipsy/drunk etc….. They have this in San Diego and no other city was able to get it right until Bocanegras. Here it is: TheMAHB Hot Cheeto Burrito Request
