Dannay's Donuts — Restaurant in Baytown

We are from out of town and came here for the very first time, I had my Service Dog with me and They were very un Welcoming to us with having her Vet on and my Badge on they said they didn't allow pet inside and Then they asked if she was a service Dog and I said yes. Then a man came out from the Back and asked the 2 girls why is there a Dog in the store in Chinese and the girls replied in Chinese that she is a service dog. We felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome and paid for our food and left.

I pray 🙏 they they understand that there are people in this world with Disabilities and they should not look down on people that have them.

We will Never Go Back To This...

The donuts are great if someone is willing to wait on you. Drove through the drive thru today, with an open sign staring me right in the face. Sat there in my car for five minutes while I watched the lady play with the cappuccino machine. Not a single glance my way, not an acknowledgement that someone was waiting patiently. I finally gave up when they went into that back, and drove to McDonald's instead. At least I was in, and out of their drive thru in the time I had waiting at Dannay's. Not even bothering to go back, I'll take the extra 3 mile drive to go to Shipley's where I'm always greeting...

Croissant ham, cheese and egg sandwich was a joke, egg was under cooked , cheese was dried out and hard on the edges and the ham was one slice of water ham you get from the cooler at the store. Had to peel it all off and cook my own eggs, got my cheese and deli shaved ham out to put on their croissant. Then the bottle of rootbeer I got, had already been opened and was flat and unfortunately I took a drink from it before realizing it. If I had not had this brought home to me and it wasnt during this tropical storm I would have returned all of it. I would not recommend this place to anyone....
