6-8-19. Honestly, if my sister-in-law didn't give me gift cards for McDonalds, I would NEVER come to this place (Alexander Drive/Business 146 in Baytown)! This morning, the drive through line was around the building. The woman standing at the extra order check-in podium had to be burning up in the heat. It's headed toward 100 degrees and there's someone standing on concrete in the sun?! Seriously?! I went inside. There were only a couple people already at tables, one woman waiting on her order. Several employees were in the "kitchen" and drive through areas. I waited for four minutes while employees blatantly ignored me standing a couple feet away. (Wanted to see how long it would take for them to at least make eye contact.) Finally, a young man wearing a light blue dress shirt strolled over, took my order, walked off. Without giving me my drink cup. Again, I was ignored several minutes until he returned to take another customer's order. He couldn't have looked more bored if he'd had facial surgery. In fact, none of the employees were hurrying. They meandered around as if they had all day. As if people weren't waiting. As if we who were waiting had nothing better to do with our time. Nearly ten minutes later, my order was ready. Ten minutes. Unbelievable. Did they have to slaughter the hog for my bacon? Grind the flour for my pancakes? The last time I was here three weeks ago, I went through the drive through. There were two vehicles in front of me, a very slow time period, I thought. My ticket said 11:26am. I was told to pull around to parking spot #3. At 11:46, I went inside to get my order. Twenty minutes to wait for a burger and fries. I told the (same) young man how long I'd been waiting. He looked at me with a, "Yeah, right!" expression. Until I showed him my receipt. I was given two apple pies for my troubles. This McDonalds has never been the best at tending to their customers' needs. To my disappointment, the dismal service has deteriorated to abysmal. I'm done coming here. I've told my sister-in-law not to give me McDonalds gift cards anymore. IMHO, the only reason this restaurant hasn't closed is due to its location, making it easy to "hurry" (pun intended) through to get cheap food....
Read moreWe sat at the window for a good five minutes just waiting for them to open it to give our food to us because they were cackling like a bunch a of teenagers. The guy taking the orders is very unprofessional you don’t come to take an order by say yeah go ahead.. I understand you work fast food by no one made you take the job. Next we didn’t get our fries so the “manager” Isabel asked for the receipt and walked away. She then came back and said there was no fry on my receipt.. my husband had to show her on the receipt where it was. She then said we got it it was in the bag.. but wouldn’t look in the bag we literally got the bad looked in it and immediately told her we were missing the fry. She then got an attitude and started cussing to the other co workers and wouldn’t come back to the window. We had to flag down the manager Felipe who laughed at the situation, made us show our receipt AGAIN FOR THE THIRD TIME.. while sitting in a FAST FOOD line for 25 mins because of an error on their part. He never once apologized when I told him of isabels behavior instead laughed and refused to give me their names at first t report them every time I would say give me y’alls names he would cut me off and say why? Finally he gave them to me when he realized I wasn’t leaving without them. The quality of the frys were old and burnt, the large was half filled because apparently I made them mad, the Fries were so nasty my two year old wouldn’t even eat them. This is the most ghetto and unprofessional McDonald’s I have ever been to. I will be posting this everywhere and calling corporate. They need new...
Read moreRidiculous!!! I'd like to say I would never go back but seeing as it's the only one in that area I will most likely be going back the young lady finally took my order and acted like it was a pain in the butt to do. She was not polite at all acting as if she was doing me a favor but then again my perception could be wrong it very well might be her personality but after I placed my order which was a hot fudge sundae and a small Slush she walked away and inadvertently ended up taking an order outside the other people which sensitive one person on drive-thru the manager and another young lady who was helping fill orders I was there at approximately 4:15 to 4:20 and they were not busy at all the manager walked up to where I was standing at the front counter waiting for my hot fudge sundae and my slush she didn't say nothing to me she looked at the screen and hit a button cleared it out I'm assuming she thought that those orders have been filled the other girl came back in finally and considering what she was doing the manager then asked if my order has been filled or what my order was the girl told her what I had and they fiddle farting around a bit longer and after about 25 minutes I finally got what I ordered. I know this if it took that long to get and ice cream and a slush I would hate to see how long it would have taken if I had gotten food. I know one thing I'm not going to find out anytime soon I really hate to leave a bad review for anybody but it's too bad reviews that businesses have the opportunity to address the issues and...
