My personal opinion you have to give the respect you want in order for your business to thrive. Some of these restaurants are poorly ran and the Franchisee of the establishment can careless; I mean it is obvious and it can be seen in the atmosphere when you walk in. The environment is not clean enough to even sit down and eat. I never even see anyone come out to even try and get it together, at least for the people taking their breaks from surrounding establishments. cThe food is always small and taste like is old. The restrooms are horrible. It smells bad and there is never any soap for your hands. Makes you wonder what they are washing their hands with. I mean if I worked in the heat or a plant for hours and took my lunch here, I would like to feel free from my work environment. I mean treat as if you are dining/taking out here. The owner needs to retrain. I mean with great responsibility comes great demand! Let us STOP thinking it is only a check and start really appreciating our jobs. Read moreMy name is Marcy. First off I ordered through Door dash and it didn’t give me an option to change to dark meat on order it says to call. So I called over 30 times and also text the Door Dash driver to please ask for legs instead of mixed. He asked and was told “They don’t do that and if that is what I wanted I should have came to store instead of ordering it to be delivered. Who says that? First off I have worked in Customer Service over 30 years and never would I had thought to tell a customer that especially with the times we are in now. Also I added two ranch packets to go with my chicken strips and didn’t get those either. So I guess I’m confused, would I had gotten them had I come in? Or I didn’t get them cause I ordered them to be delivered? I just moved here from Hitchcock and was looking for places to eat due to unpacking so thank you for the first place I ordered from that gives me horrible service so I can only expect better from here. Read moreWent here on a day that wasn’t busy and a coworker ordered meals and asked the person at the register to put the two separate meals in two separate bags, explained that they were going to two separate places. After he placed his order I decided to order me a side. I waited in line. I was the only one in line. Another gentleman came in to order food and was in line behind me. After about maybe 15 minutes and the person seeing that the gentleman was also standing the gentleman left. Finally after another 5 mins or so the guy gives us the food and a single bag. I informed the person I wanted to add a side and perhaps drinks as well. All I had was a $100 bill. Him nor I’m assuming the manager wanted to break the bill.
